Awesome graphics and make the characters dance which is cool

Fun game with a decent story. Playing with friends is the main feature just make sure you in roughly the same level as they are. Jumped in a mission and got annihilated by the enemies since they were a higher level and my weapons did little damage. Class types are interesting, only three, armor is cool though some look bland, always online, enemies always spawn in same areas. Enemy AI is not dumb but lacks imagination. They simply flank once in a while or bum rush the player. One bad thing is they stay confined to an area. If i was about to die, simply running back to the start of the conflict caused the enemy to stop chasing me, even when i was standing at the bottom of the stairs and I stopped running.

storyline is very lacking. Online play is nice but there is almost non-existant solo play. Great looking game with big expectations falls short.

I never liked the first person shooter type games , but this one is an exception. I'm glad I got past my hesitations and bought it. 9 months now and I still play , found a couple good clans to meet good people as well, the player matching doesn't always work out well , but that's just people, there are rotten eggs everywhere.

Despite the storyline lacking in details and major plot elements this game is good to play. It is definitely one of the best games to play online with your friends on PS4.

I'd say if you like shooting games and there's a pre-owned Destiny game for sale for 5 or 10 bucks go for it, there's worse things you can spend that on and it's a great looking game with fun guns but it seems the gist of the game is more so on the multiplayer aspect with the story and campaign modes being kind of short and lackluster. If you wanna spend the big bucks try getting a collectors version that has all the new expansions included.

This game was great, till the ending comes out of no where. They ended too early and now are making you pay a lot of money for all the new DLC. This made me stop playing the game. Release a full game, not pieces.

The game is a bit confusing for one reason. Due to the hype, it promised a lot. It just didn't deliver. Don't get me wrong. It's not a bad game. For what was delivered, it is a good game. However, we were promised so much better, including a stronger story. Unfortunately, the things that make it as strong of a story as it seemed to have promised didn't make it into the core game. It actually shows pretty blatantly where portions of the story were cut out for the sake of increasing DLC and expansions.

I waited to review this for quite some time, because games take awhile to fully appreciate (or not) how they are. This controls are tight, the graphics are fantastic, but the content is lacking. Once you are max level and doing end-game content you will feel like you're repeating the same thing over and over again. It's fun though, until that happens.

i loved the this game on my PS4. I reached levef 8 and unlocked a few weapons to go deeply into the game. The voice acting is great including the graphics are great. I am going to preorder this game today too. It's refreshing to get a with a different style of game play rather than all the other plain out there on the market this game will be a big hit for many years to come. t

I think that my expectations were way too high. But if you go into this game with the expectations that this is just going to be a good shooter game you will enjoy it. It is not a bad game..it is actually a VERY good game and I am enjoying playing it. It does get a little repetitive, but some people dont mind that. I think that my time with this will be short lived. Do I think it is worth a purchase? For sure!

This game can be pretty addicting. Which is what I'm looking for in a game. I like the leveling up, building your character, and meeting in the tower running around showing off your stuff. I have found that it is much more fun to be in a party with friends. Playing this solo can be extremely nerve racking. The game gets intense. You can lose 20 minutes of progress with 1 death. It's best to be in a party.

Had fun playing this game with friends but it died on me after 6 months. New expansion just came out and a lot of people are loving it but had to pass.

Destiny has, of course, been polished, tested, advertised and promoted to no end. So I find it somewhat strange that such a high-profile release feels so soul-numbingly empty. The world consists of a handful of large, quasi-open-world levels which are recycled for several missions each and several multiplayer maps on the same worlds. The story amounts to 'go here and kill this because it needs to die.' Seriously, I'm about halfway through the game and I have no idea what's going on (nor do I much care). Still, the combat's tight and well-polished and the graphics are spanky. Strikes and missions are fun to play with friends. Crucible multiplayer, in my opinion, is a cut-rate Halo. All in all, I'm disappointed. Still worth a play-through to see what the hype was all about - but do yourself a favor and don't spend $60 on this game.

Destiny is a game that has all the elements to be great but falls short. The gameplay, shooting mechanics are well done. The graphics are beautiful to behold. Unfortunately the rewards/loot system can use some work. Grinding for a few hours and the payoff doesn't net you much for all your hard effort can be frustrating. All in all if Bungie can find a way to fix their reward system the game cane be tons of fun

This is a massive, and immersive shooter, with lots of mythology laid across it. Content is always being updated, with new features etc.

This game blew my mind. I can instantly jump into a friends game and help them out. The Music is awesome and the environments take you in. The game has a ton of content to keep you buys for hours.

Very fun at first, but gets old after the first week. Plus they want you to pay for very brief DLC's
