If you like Halo you will enjoy this game. Great graphics and cool weapons.

The game has little content and rehashes the same thing over and over again to try and seem like the same old is new. No new enemies...ever. Bungie will try and get as much money as they can from you in DLCs but never deliver..."trust us". PvP has a terrible weapon balance problem also has lag switchers that Bungie just ignores.

The campaign storyline is meh, but the online gameplay is pretty dope.

I enjoyed playing the first few mission and the first few hours online, after that it just got boring and repetitive. Story is very forgetable. I just stopped playing it and have no interest in finishing it.

Minute-to-minute gameplay and shooting is tight and wonderful. Too bad there's not really much worth-while content. Fix the presentation and content issues and a sequel would be a heavyweight. As it stands it's a fun time waster but is quickly set aside.

I am also playing this with my son and we are having a blast! Just trying to grind levels out to get that next best gun, armor, or perk. Online play is totally fun but I need to hone my skills because these guys online are tough! We are having too much fun with Destiny!

Destiny is finally here. The game plays great. The coop is top notch. The beta testing that was done made smooth launch day game play.. No lag, no distorted mic, only concern is my life being put on hold for this. This is the best combination of of role playing and first person shooter ever. What are you waiting for... GET IT NOW!!

New IP that seems very promising. Having played the beta the mechanics and premise of the game are fun. Only thing that is worrisome is the possible lack of content. With only 4 worlds to explore at launch, the game might end up feeling a little too repetitive too soon. Other than that it seems like a must have for 2014.

This game is something very different. If you can imagine a cross between the halo franchise and some ps4 RPG type game you get half of the picture. After playing the beta for a week and exploring what little there was available to explore I think it is pretty obvious there is something really special here. I say try it!

Great game so far, loot system has been fixed making for a much more enjoyable experience, grinding rep like other MMO is a little taxing but beyond that games appears to be very deep, getting together with some good friends in a party makes this game great.

I bought the midnight release and got a free tshirt, poster and wristband at bestbuy. I play games like cod and bf4.. I'm jot too into games like destiny but with the fact that I just purchased the ps4 I figured why not try something new. The only thing I dislike about the game is that I had to complete story missions before actual online gameplay. Some people are saying that the game is not worth buying. That's they're opinion. I love the online it's a very fun game to play online especially with a group of friends as well as story mode. I'm glad I bought the game. Keep an open mind when purchasing games don't expect everything to be like COD or BF. The game has only been released for a few hours of you don't like then return it or sell it. I have it 4stars only because it took a while to play online, other than that I'm enjoying this game very much. Destiny is a must play.

This game is incredibly fun, aside from its faults. It feels half finished when it comes to content, but the framework for something amazing is completely there. Bungie has created a very solid base to expand upon. I look forward to when the game is fully realized through DLC.

Bought it when it first came out. Game is nice with the different ways to customize your character (class,attack, gear) Price is right (30 bucks) to pick it up. Especially since you don't have to wait on expansion packs. Good game.

disappointd how it was only three player mostly. not as good as I thought

Not sure why all the variability on reviews.. Its not Halo nor COD nor Mass Effect nor Borderlands... however it is a great mix of components of each of these titles and the Crucible multiplayer is addicting. Id rate this as a 8.5-9/10 and plan on purchasing all the DLC.

This has to be one of my favorite games on the PS4. Personally, I am not a huge fan of first person shooters, but in this game, I actually love it. The graphics are amazing, and so is the controller mechanics. This is a must have for any PS4 owner :D

I hate this game. I have never hated a game as much as I hate this one. I wish I could sue every person who told me this would be the next generation of online shooter games. Unless you have a (already established) gaming group that all plays the game with you on the same system, you will hate this game too. I am an independent gamer, I don't like group work and there is no place in this game for independent gamers. To accomplish anything after level 20 the game forces you to beg other people for help. You can not complete significant missions by yourself and the most recent update has made the game even worse for independent players.
