Destiny is a great game but I wouldn't recommend this unless you have friends to play with. Definitely a must buy if you do though.

The story/gameplay has real potential and the graphics are insane. I can’t wait for them to tap the potential of this game and give it more content.

Best game on the PS4 by far. The graphics are amazing and the story is pretty good. It has 2 expansions now making the game even longer and more fun.

To sum it up, I turned the game on and before I knew it I had played for 7hours straight. That's how great the game is and how lost you can get in it

Games are always more fun with friends when playing together, and Destiny is heavily reliant on that. It's a First Person Shooter with similar to Halo, mixed with the RPG elements of another first person shooter Borderlands. The entire game can be played single player, but it easily becomes a bit tedious your first time through solo, not because of the game, but because of the grind to level your character, weapons, and armor up. That's where playing with friends comes into play. The game simply becomes more fun when you and 2 other players (only groups of 3 can play, unless you're doing raids). You guys earn equipment together, take on bosses and challenges together, and overall it just makes progressing through the campaign so much better. There are also several add-on packs that you can buy for Destiny, and it's best to simply buy either the newest version of the game Destiny The Collection, so you're not behind the entire community when it comes to new weapons, armors, and challenges especially since the best moments are part of that DLC which is all included in the Collection Edition.

this game is still going on and it is still my favorite game right next to cod and battlefield and gtav

Destiny is a great mix of halo and borderlands type gameplay. The vast amount of current and future content provides hours upon hours of gameplay.

really like the graphics. I'm not really into shooter games, but this one did seem to change my opinion of shooter style gaming

I love this game and I think it is one of the best games I have ever played. You can play by yourself our with other people from around the world.

This game is an awesome play if you're in the mood for action, updgrades, online co-op missions, and devasting bad guys, aliens, & robot armies.

Yes, Destiny does not live up to the hype. However, I find that the gameplay is certainly fun. Especially PvP, which is what Bungie has always been known for. The UI is even pleasing to look at everytime you boot up the game and it never gets old. Cons: Destiny doesn't truly innovate in interesting ways. It basically takes aspects from Borderlands, MMOs, and FPSs (namely Halo) and merges it all into one. Without actually doing anything new. Most of the quests that you even do are a little of same ol same ol. Surveying an area for about 15 seconds? Really? They don't really get more creative than this. Also, the story is really confusing. They throw all of these terms at you and expect you to know EXACTLY what they are talking about. Which you can figure out by checking out Bungie.net instead of inside of the game itself. If you want to play this for gameplay, this is for you. If you want to play Destiny for the story, then look elsewhere.

With all the updates this game is shaping up to be a awesome game. If you have not got it yet now is the time with the 1st dlc packs already out.

Destiny was a cool game to play individually, but was even more fun playing multiplayer with others on PlayStation network.

Excellent fun sci fi adventure. It's an awesome display of next gen graphics fun gameplay and multiplayer a blast. I highly recommend the game.

It seems like the most fun can be had by playing multi-player modes. So if you prefer to play alone, you may feel like you're missing something. But there's still enjoyment to be had playing solo. The game looks great on PS4 and the controls are smooth. I've had one occasion where I couldn't play the game because I lost my connection to the network. That dependency can be annoying if your internet is spotty.

Wow were to start this game has good story line awesome graphics you can do so much with this game I think this is the best game of the year for me

Destiny is really fun to play. The large open environment is awesome. The graphics are incredible!

There was some backlash because people got it in their heads that Destiny was going to basically be Halo meets World of Warcraft, the expectations were for the greatest game of all time. Destiny is not that. But what it is is the best handling FPS you can get set in stunningly beautiful environments, backed by a gorgeous soundtrack. The game has changed a lot since launch as well, they've been adding huge amounts of features with every patch. Absolutely a must play for next gen consoles.

I really do enjoy this game and there is many things to do beside just the main storyline. It fun for those who like a first person shooter.
