I do not know why I ever doubted Bungie since I love the Halo series. This game follows the same format that Halo has but now you can play the storyline with online friends and/or other random people. The only problem I see with it is that whether on a campaign or on any of the multiplayer matches, you are always connected to the Bungie servers. That means that if you are in a campaign, you cannot save your progress until you finish that specific campaign. Aside from that little snafu, everything else is great.

Destiny is a great game that brings many players together. The environments are huge, open, and look great as well. I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys playing with friends in a world similar to Skyrim.

This game is incredibly addictive- the gameplay is incredible, the worlds are vast, and the customization of characters is incredible. The storyline keeps me moving forward, and the side quests stop me from quitting.

This game is a great shooter like the old Halo games that Bungie made. My biggest complaint is the story, or lack lack thereof. Bungie is known for having awesome gameplay and gripping stories.This game is only had a partially well done story. It gets pretty good at the end but when it starts to suck you in, the game is over. Overall, great shooter with a weak story. If you loved playing the first Halo trilogy, you will feel at home in this shooter minus the story.

Been playing this for a while now. Not bad gameplay. Lots to discover. A little slow, and not sure what the storyline is about. Weapons are okay too.

I picked this game up for my son and I and must say pretty fun game. The game play reminds me of a mix of Crackdown and Call of Duty plus Skyrim b/c of the way you are able to equip items and level up your player via a skills tree. Graphics are awesome and it's pretty cool when you are going though your campaign how it pulls in other players that are online to help you pass levels. I gave it a 4/5 stars b/c in my opinion it is a great game but not a must have.

This game was definitely fun and I had a blast playing it. Only for the first week. After the initial level cap of 20, it got extremely "Grindy" to get light equipment to reach level 30. I did 2 strikes on hard and got no legendary items while my friend did. Loot is extremely random and undeserving at times. Someone doing terrible in crucible has a chance to get a legendary item even when you outperform them and you get nothing. Game was fun for a little while

Not a big first person shooter fan. This game is good over all but by far so much better when playing with friends, solo missions are alright but it's just like any other first person shooter.

Bungie pushes the standards by creating a shooter/MMO that is rewarding in all game modes (story & online multiplayer). Game can get repetitive if playing story alone, so I highly recommend to play with friends to engage team effort and communication. Online multiplayer, IMO, plays like a futuristic halo with upgradable gear/weapons. Bungie puts a good effort of keeping new events available to the public to keep things exciting. Good reason to switch to a next-gen system if contemplating! Enjoy!

Bungies first follow up game series to Halo is a good one. As the graphics are great. The story line so far ins't bad. It does have some aspects from the Halo series but that is expected. Great game to play.

It's like a combination or Halo and Call of duty, obviously because of the companies that made it. It is a very good game though and very had to put down. It has a leveling system where you level up the more you fight enemies and as you level up your able to unlock more armor and weapons. It's great to play with friends because it has a vs. Mode like call of duty (still needs bugs worked out though) and a great campaign like halo. Overall a great game would recommend buying for Xbox, ps4, or PC

Destiny is a great game with a good storyline. It is from the original team that brought you Halo on the Xbox. So far the single player is excellent and has a lot of replayability(i.e.leveling up character). I am really looking forward to the multiplayer, but only after I have leveled up my character. The only thing that I dislike is the constant internet connection, I will be half way thru a mission and if my internet connection is interrupted I have to play that mission again from beginning.

I've been a Bungie fan since Halo for the first XBox. Anything that they produce I'm not only quick to pre-order, but I'm in line at midnight to pick it up. Destiny is no different. I played the Alpha for countless hours on PS4. I played the Beta on PS4 and Xbox One for days on end. The game doesn't get old. It's a mix of MMO and first-person shooter. It's similar to Borderland with a Halo face. Many have compared it to Phantasy Star Online. It's a very deep game with a somewhat weak story.

amazing graphics. great game. cannot put it down. if you like first person shooters, you're probably going to love this game.it had a cool old school arcade shooting vibe, but weapons look and sound realistic.

Game is a console MMO, very interesting decision. Very fun and satisfying to play, campaign is rather weak but future DLC are suppose to help make up. PVP is surprisingly great and balance. Highly recommend!

I would have given the game 5 stars if you could play it offline but as far as meeting my expectations, it's a great game. I'm glad I bought the game when I was told about how fun it was.

Fun gameplay and cool story. Got bored with the main storyline. Fun to ply with friends. Good multiplayer, but still left wanting more overall.

Extremely fun with friends, but story and lack of traditional matchmaking hold this back from being great.

I was skeptical about this game. I am almost exclusively an FPS player. But this melds what's good about FPS and RPG for an addicting in-game experience.

I bought this with the high hopes everyone else had, but like many have just felt like with this many years in development there should have been so much more to the story, the gameplay and the experience in general. The game is still a huge time hog if you do end up making it to 20 or higher just running the same missions day in and day out. The game if played with friends is still amazing, playing alone and you most likely will have a bad taste
