This is a very story driven game, where your actions matter. At the end of each level, a decision tree shows which choices you made, which choices you could have made, and which choices were picked by percentage of those who already played. It's a great game with a very serious tone, but a wonderful PlayStation exclusive none-the-less. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is a beautiful have, both story and graphics are amazing.

Let me start by saying my wife does not game but had done slight interest in the game after I explained to her the premise and style of play. The story is interesting and gives you some hard choices to make. My wife played through the whole game with me with making most of the decisions. Really fun game, much better than heavy rain imo.

If you liked or loved Heavy Rain then you will love Detroit. If you didn't then this is not going to be your game. It fixes some of the issues that I had from some of Quantic dreams other works with controls and overall feel of the game. The best part is the choices that you make really do matter and affect your experience from behind to end.

If you have played games from this developer then you know what to expect gameplay wise. For those, who don't know, this is more like a movie with gameplay thrown in. It is very well done. Good story, great graphics, and characters. Just be ready, its not like most games. If you go in with an open mind, then you should enjoy the ride.

Going in to Detroit I didn't know what to expect. I knew the game would look good but I didn't know if it would get old fast. After a few hours of gameplay I wanted to keep going. The characters are deep enough that you care what happens to them and you struggle to decide between whats right and what's best. I'm several hours in at this point and still want to continue on. I took off a star only because some sequences seem a little shallow when you freely control the characters.

Game play, graphics, and story line are all great!
