    If I have to deal with Geek Squad again, it will be to soon. Its a long story so I won't bore you. I will no longer be a Best Buy customer because of Geek Squad service. I was even sold equipment that I did not need by Best Buy and they wouldn't allow me to return it. Unlike the Terminator I won't be back!

    Customer service sucks. They will tell you they will contact you and just leave you sit. I’m over 2 weeks into a phone repair with still no working phone. Will never go to Best Buy for service again.

    Biggest waist of money and time. Told I need to pay to schedule appointment. Then told they have no appointments available. What a joke.

    Asus laptop speakers stopped working. After unsuccessful Windows reinstalls took device to BB Geeksquad. Paid for file backup and allowed laptop (which was under warranty) to head to “service center”. Upon return, tested speakers…they work. Now USB port is malfunctioning (it worked just fine before). Local geeksquad tried windows reinstall to repair with no luck. Told only solution is to send to service center, a third party operation based on what I was just told.

    Poor remote service.

    The service is poor. Wait times are very long. The company collects $150/year to provide service and then fails to provide service. I have been on the remote service for almost two hours tonight and never got through to an agent that could help. I can see why only 17% of people the technical support subscription are recommending it to others.

    Late to your appointment today, charged in advance in the amount of $160.00! Stop charging advance payments for services yet to be rendered & don't give the customer a 4 hour window of time that you all do not adhere to! In addition, we paid a ton for our bew receiver & its so darn technology difficult that its the 2nd time we are paying for Geek Squad.. ugh! Service these days, its in the Philippines & english is quite broken!

    Horrible customer service been waiting to get my washer fixed for a month now. I had a tech come over once to inspect the issue and I get he had to order parts ( washer motor) it has now been a month and everytime they text me a appointment to come out they automatically reschedule it without a reason worse warranty ever

    Agent EMPTIED TRASH on computer without consent!

    This first tech I allowed remote access, simply disappeared with no notice when (I’m guessing) he couldn’t figure out the problem. I called back and guy 2 worked a few minutes, apparently couldn’t figure things out. I watched him go to my trash and before I could disconnect him, he EMPTIED MY TRASH on my computer!!! Then he went to force quit and quit the geek squad app. He too, disappeared! How does he have a right to empty the trash on my computer?!?!

    I have total care package and contacted for a very slow computer. It is not f ue to internet provider. After being on chat with a very slow computer, and on phone the chat screen disappeared and phone connection was lost. Nobody called back. Will be cancelling this subscription and will find someone to come to the house.

    These people are totally undependable!!!!!! The only reason I gave a 1 star is because there's not a minus 20. Do not trust these people. They are hard to work with and do not care about there customer. They have ruined our kids Christmas!!!!!!!! There membership is a rip off!!!!

    Worst experience with tech didn’t fix the issue actually caused more issues cost me money dumped dumped this out of my system who trying to download adobe premier elements and it still doesn’t work and tech support apparently couldn’t handle so they cut off all contact so beware seems to be a con to me untrained and absolutely useless

    I called to schedule a washing machine repair and I needed to change the service address. My appointment got canceled because of the change and I never got notified. I called to reschedule because my appointment was not showing in my account and Elisa, the customer service representative, implied that this wasn’t an inconvenience. This seems to be a problem that happens frequently, but has not been fixed.

    HORRIBLE SERVICE!

    In short, it has been over 6 weeks since I first called Geek squad because my new 75" Samsung flat screen stopped working. Multiple phone call, no calls back. They finally came out a few weeks ago to repair my TV, and the tech had NO PARTS with him. I then rescheduled to today and he did not have the correct parts..Another reschedule!! Awful experience. Will be terminating this service once, or if they can actually repair my TV.

    agent did not answer questions and finally stopped talking Had no knowledge regarding the computer or printer involved Would not refer to supervisor or higher up specialist Even tho he had all the information from the past 2 days he refused to acknowledge this fact. Did absolutely not help me in no way. Instead, he just stopped the text conversation and I was left hanging. Very poor service!!!

    Totally incorrect knowledge of my question. Called support. Explain that I had a crack screen on a monitor not a computer or a laptop but a monitor asked if I can bring it in and have it repaired. They said certainly package it up bring it in and we’ll take care of it arrive at the store. They tell me they don’t do physical damage. so get your information, right before wasting a trip

    Computer held hostage by horrible turnaround

    All I asked them to do was replace the ssd card of my computer and it took a week for them to do it with absolutely no way to track or contact anyone regarding the order the entire time outside of driving to the store. They also said that once they have the device, they are not allowed to give it back to me until the work is done.

    GeekSquad is just a useless service. A rip off

    If ai could rate them minues 10, I would. They send a "technician" to check on my LG refrigerator only to tell me that the technician cant do anything. Then they scheduled me with a 3rd party vendor and no one showed up. I called twice and rhey were useless. I called LG myself and was told that they didnt have an appointment with me. Waited for hours for nothing.

    Scam out of time and money

    Had a chat over the phone saying they can review my laptop because it is slow for 39.99 I made a appointment and when I show up they tell me I can pay 100+ or membership or 100+ to fix it. Waste of gas and flat tone from counter guy. Don't waste your time you are better off going to local mom and pop.
