    missing screw to ssd holder,missing rubber foot to bottom of pc,liquid thermal paste added without being asked that had to be cleaned off thx to how runny it was,sounds as if they dropped my power supply that made no sound at all before list goes on with to give negative stars really..

    AI "Agents" need more training.

    Tried to get diagnostic for a windows issue. Described the situation. The "Agent" made several suggestions that showed that it was not a person who actually read what I wrote. Like I said I have a desktop, so they suggested that I check that my battery was secure and the power cable was plugged in. How does this help troubleshoot a failure for my boot drive to boot properly?

    Geek Squad NO SHOWS!

    Scheduled TV install. with 20 minutes left in the 7am to 11am window I received a text that my install was moved to the next day, 7am to 11am window again.. no one showed or sent any communication. Ask for a refund.. have to wait 24-48 hours for there system to stop showing it "in process" before they can refund my funds.

    Better to throw your device away than using GS

    Is this an actual service took. Took my fold3 into them for a warranty repair. It's been over 3 months and two repair tickets and my phone is still not repaired. The Geek Squad manager even gave me his cell phone number and he just refuses to answer when I contact him. Why Samsung use them amazes me. My next phone will probably be a google. No more Samsung for me.

    I took my phone to the Apple store for a battery. Though I spent hrs waiting for my phone, it was well worth the time, as opposed to taking my phone to the Best Buy store in HIRAM. My appt was cancelled twice with a msg that the person who does repairs is out because of some medical issue. Yet, I was told 2 days prior, if he won’t be there, another person can fix my phone.

    I dropped my laptop off to have a new battery installed. Tech told me to check back in an hour. I waited an hour and a half and it wasn’t ready. Three hours later got a text that it was ready, but have to make an appointment.

    My tech Bill mentioned he was not sure why he was even scheduled to see me bcuz he was on vacation. Then after sending a picture of my TV at his request, I had to reach back out to see if he received it. Then once he responded with the damage wasn’t covered hours later, he then ignored my last question about what was covered for 2 more days.

    Remote service on computer software

    Wanted to have their remote service connect my desktop and laptop via wifi to do file sharing. After 90 minutes with not much happening I tried to get them to call me without success. I had to disconnect. Then I found they has screwed up some of my Outlook email settings.

    Brought in laptop to fix software issue. Did not fix it. After myself researching problem . I had install new device drivers aka software to correct issues. I paid 200 plus dollars for nothing now im stuck with a protection plan. That i will never use because i do not trust your techs.thanks for nothing.

    Misdiagnosed my iPhone

    Went to get a diagnostic for my iPhone. They quoted me +$450 to replace the entire back unit because my back camera and flashlight weren't working. I got another diagnostic done at Apple and they said it'd only cost $170 because the flashlight was a part of the camera. They misdiagnosed my phone and I ended up buying a new phone because of the original quote they gave me. Never going back.

    Had the Geek Squad come to my home to fix my apple computer ( and paid for it). They could not find the issue and stated I needed to bring it into the store to have the system completely reset. I did and it took longer than they stated. Still not working properly and the insist on paying again!!!!

    Can’t repair desktop computers.

    Zero. Techs don’t provide parts to fix computers, therefore, they can’t fix computers. Techs are set up to fail by Best Buy. I only wanted to drop my desktop off. Get it fixed, pay the bill and take it home. The Best Buy parts policy doesn’t allow that.

    Geek Squad takes around 3 weeks check appliances !

    If you are buying appliances and want to get the extended guarantee do not buy at Best Buy. With the guarantee Geek Squad gets to your house 8 days after you report a bad dryer without any parts, from your house they order the parts and after that you need to wait almost to weeks for them to come back to see if the dryer can be repair or not. The system they have is the worst !!!

    Horrible Remote Computer Service

    I have used Geek Squad remote repair for years. It was always always very good. Now, for the past year it has been horrible. About 8 months ago I had to take my computer in after the remote tech had completely disabled it. Last week 4 techs worked on it and left, with nothing fixed. I am pangryissed off!

    Geek Squad customer bad support - Best Buy

    Geek Squad sent me the wrong model cell phone. I have called them to replace it as soon as possible but they said the supervisor has to approve in order to do anything. It is waste of money that paying to this company from Bestbuy. It is very bad experience living without cell phone for weeks.

    I had three agents attempt to repair a simple printer error. Not one knew what they were doing. They never fixed the problem after 3 1/2 hours of trying. In fact, the situation was made worse. I wouldn’t recommend the geek squad under any circumstances.

    WORST Customer Service | No Show, No Call!!!

    waited 2 weeks for an appointment. They sent me tons of emails to be ready and to wait from 12PM to 8PM every day and they never even showed up or called. When I called customer service they did not even apologize and said "They have to reschedule" About $300.00 to hang a TV on a wall and they don't show up and have an attitude and don't even say "I'm sorry".

    The only thing their experts at is incompetency! I’ve called countless times to seek advice on issues with my wired ring doorbell without any luck. I am a total rewards member and thought I would benefit from their 24/7 expert advice… Wishful thinking!
