Geek Squad customer bad support - Best Buy

I have called them to replace it as soon as possible but they said the supervisor has to approve in order to do anything. It is waste of money that paying to this company from Bestbuy. It is very bad experience living without cell phone for weeks.

Geek Squad takes around 3 weeks check appliances !

With the guarantee Geek Squad gets to your house 8 days after you report a bad dryer without any parts, from your house they order the parts and after that you need to wait almost to weeks for them to come back to see if the dryer can be repair or not. The system they have is the worst !!!

Recieved a phone call from an employee stating they would not look at the PS5. I understand its 10 days outside the warranty so i acknowledged i would pay to fix. Just got a no im sorry and he hung up.

Should’ve ordered off Amazon

Ended up talking to customer support for 2 hours just to be passed around from person to person just to hear that the best they could do was a refund. Which wasn’t possible due to me having a paid shoot the next day. Poor experience

Horrible Remote Computer Service

Now, for the past year it has been horrible. About 8 months ago I had to take my computer in after the remote tech had completely disabled it. Last week 4 techs worked on it and left, with nothing fixed. I am pangryissed off!

Can’t repair desktop computers.

Techs are set up to fail by Best Buy. I only wanted to drop my desktop off. Get it fixed, pay the bill and take it home. The Best Buy parts policy doesn’t allow that.

WORST Customer Service | No Show, No Call!!!

They sent me tons of emails to be ready and to wait from 12PM to 8PM every day and they never even showed up or called. When I called customer service they did not even apologize and said "They have to reschedule" About $300.00 to hang a TV on a wall and they don't show up and have an attitude and don't even say "I'm sorry".

Repeat online requests went poorly with no understandable communication or no connection to agent. Spent many frustrating hours for nothing. Will write CEOs of this terrible situation. SCAM!

The $133 wasn’t even going to be applied to the job! Is this even legal ? This is just crazy!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Your automated system doesnt allow you to get to the place you want so I lied to speak to a real person and then got some person who barely speaks English reading a script!!!! I called twice and hung up on the second one. SO AGGRAVATED

Keep getting hung up on SEVERAL times. You will get an email up to 72 hours from now. I have talked to over 10 people in a 2 week period. Or none because i get through and they hang up. So i keep having to call back after 3 days because they never sent an email. Call back start over wait 72 hours!

Called to confirm that they could replace battery while I waited. Did not want to leave my phone with them for days. Agent was either not capable or not willing to answer this simple question.

geek squad ruining my life

What a joke. I need my pc back NOW. I still don’t have my pc back currently. I lost 3 weeks of gaming because of this.

They charged me for a battery in a phone that I will not be able to use anymore. There were no previous diagnostics, just empiric knowledge.

I have paid for many services that do not work and the defective products often cannot be replaced forcing me to buy new equipment. Reward point expire, the whole system is not user positive.

You can’t understand what the help is saying- hard to determine the supposedly English language with computer or printer when you call the geek squad in another country and the Best Buy store employees don’t give a crap. Don’t waste you’re money

The front-end cost for any service is extreme. But don’t worry - you’ll have a minimum wage burger-flipper who got kicked out of his/her parents basement who knows IT because they play GTA 9 hrs per day. Trust me - anyone but Geek Squad

Wiped my hard drive without telling me

That's actually insane. Horrible way of operating. Never going back there again. They didn't communicate anything with me about my repair process.
