Scam service that often doesnt fix your problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Within a year GeekSquad managed to: break a USB port on my motherboard, requiring a new one be bought (refused to do so through BB), and bricked my SSD. When the news from April 2024 repeats itself, and it will, I will not be upsetted.

Customer Service At Its Worst

To start with, they only give you a 12 hour window for in home appointments. 8 hours into waiting for them, they called to say they weren't coming at all, but could maybe show up a week later. Unacceptable under any circumstances

Bad Customer Service Scheduling

I was told to be here between 7 AM and 7 PM. I just called and they do not have a record of me at customer service of an appointment. So much for Best Buy

Online Serivice Techs don't have adequate training

The online techs are courtesous and professional but not adequately trained. Sometimes I don't trust them on my computer because of their apparent lack of knowledge.

Don't spend your money and time.

I took it in Concord they told me to go to Manchester because they could fix my screen, I spend all day doing this. Manchester can't help with the Geek squad so I made an appointment so they can look and fill out paperwork.

Worst service do not buy for your appliances

They are now using 3rd party companies and they are unreliable. They are a no show, no call one day and now they are scheduled to come tomorrow and no call, and Best Buy/Geek Squad can't tell me when their coming or how to get a hold of them..

Very Poor Service

You regularly get cut off on calls with no call back, store services do not get completed as described and the call center is a joke.

They wanted me first to enter a password but when i was trying to retrieve it they said that they will do it anyway if I buy their plan for 199, but when i was ready to pay they said that if they found that it is a business computer they will stop repairing..

Repaired damage, destroyed charging port

No show to 2 appointments
