    The agents at Fields Ertel are the worst! They wouldn’t take my PC saying they wouldn’t help install a software I had trouble in. Worst, they were condescending to me and looked at me as a lesser person. I’m done with the people at this site.

    Replaced boards in Samsung tv none of the apps were installed and cand install apps .states app not available. Geek squad is a joke. But not funny to consumers. I will not purchase from Best Buy ever again!

    Tried to make an appointment regarding my home theater set-up. It took me more than 30 minutes just to get to home theater division. Once there it took another 15 minutes to set up an appointment. Hopefully the geek squad will be more efficient and competent than the phone service. This is very different from past experiences.

    30 minute call - just to cancel an appointment....and still not canceled- the actual guys who come out are great but the people on the phone in India are poorly trai9ned and terrible at their jobs

    A successful hard drive “transplant”

    My “geriatric” laptop was “running on fumes”. The hard drive was seriously failing and there was no time to lose. Thanks to Victor of the Geek Squad, my laptop has a new lease on life. He successfully replaced the hard drive and expertly mirrored all the data so nothing was lost!! I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend the services to others who may find themselves in a similar situation.

    Never ever trust Geek Squad

    Computer: you are better off asking your 2 year old to fix it. They locked my computer out and deleted all my files. They kept my laptop for 6 weeks and for a service that took me 2 hours to do it myself. I'm not a smart person, but I'm definitely nit dumb.

    Awful! They lost 2 of my appointments! Bought top of line Sony TV and apple TV. and after a few hours I get no picture. They had no record of my appointment!!

    I needed to restore some files from recycle bin back to my computer , what I got ? I have got updating my computer to Windows10 and LOST all my files!!!! It happened in Bel Air , MD. I'm very upset and disappointed.

    Computer Hasn't Been The Same Since.......

    The first time I used them, they were on my computer for over three hours and I thought everything was going to be ok. My computer hasn't been the same since. I've had to call them I have to say at least 2x a month since then. While I like knowing I have an IT person if I need them and they are available 365 24/7 but not when I have to call them so often.
