Terrible Customer Service

Never ever trust Geek Squad

They locked my computer out and deleted all my files. They kept my laptop for 6 weeks and for a service that took me 2 hours to do it myself. I'm not a smart person, but I'm definitely nit dumb.

very bad job done

I have got updating my computer to Windows10 and LOST all my files!!!! It happened in Bel Air , MD. I'm very upset and disappointed.

Scheduling/customer service is a nightmare!

Computer Hasn't Been The Same Since.......

My computer hasn't been the same since. I've had to call them I have to say at least 2x a month since then. While I like knowing I have an IT person if I need them and they are available 365 24/7 but not when I have to call them so often.

A successful hard drive “transplant”

The hard drive was seriously failing and there was no time to lose. Thanks to Victor of the Geek Squad, my laptop has a new lease on life. He successfully replaced the hard drive and expertly mirrored all the data so nothing was lost!! I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend the services to others who may find themselves in a similar situation.
