    If you go to this location, let Dwayne help you. He was very helpful even after another customer tried to cut in front of us during our appointment. Dwayne checked the laptop and suggested additional diagnoses which I was okay with. We dropped the laptop of on Friday and picked it up on Saturday. I was very impressed with Dwayne’s customer service. Thank you Dwayne!!!

    I was unaware that you must make an appointment prior to taking your device in for repair or service. The customer service representative waived this requirement. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He took my lap top computer to an available service technician and informed me the odds were 50/50 that the device could be fixed. I left BestBuy and a day latter I received a phone call from a technican who was working on my computer. She informed me that the machine could be fixed and needed my approval to do so. The price for the repair was more than reasonable.

    Geek Squad saved my life

    I freaked out when a scam alert came up on my computer that kept me from logging in. I called Geek Squad and Islain was my agent. Just his voice, sense of humor, and confidence calmed me down and let me know the squad could take care of the problem. He did some important preliminary work to get me back on line and then sent me to Keith, who checked my computer for a virus. Keith kept me up-to-date all the way and was just delightful. OMG! Am I sooooo grateful I am a member of Best Buy's Geek Squad!!!!!

    Went to the Paramus store on Route 17 North with a computer with the dreaded black screen - the computer had to be restored to factor settings. Keyara was able to set up the computer with all the programs that I had previously installed. She was super helpful through the whole thing. So happy that I bought the membership.

    James came out Thursday to set up my 2 tvs with fire sticks. He was courteous and helpful all the way. Then the next day he and David came to my new door neighbors who are in their mid-80’s. The neighbors insisted on jetstreamtv and wanted their firestck to be jailbroken. James and David did a wonderful job of explaining why they can’t do it for them. Both James and David need commended for the wonderful service they provided and their patience in dealing with them. They are to be commended for their service and for upholding Best Buy policies.

    Outstanding iPhone Repair

    Have an iPhone 13 under warranty where the camera stopped functioning properly. Referred to Best Buy Geek Squad by Apple Support who also scheduled the repair. Nate from Strongsville Geek Squad was on time, quickly grasped the specific issue, took care of all of the necessary paperwork for me and had it repaired within the two hour repair window. All of this while providing outstanding customer service. Thank you thank you. And Apple Support - you need to send more of your phone repairs to these folks!

    Geek Squad reset refrigerator temp settings easily

    The service person was excellent in addressing issue with LG refrigerator. Shawn showed me how to keep back of appliance clear of dirt and dust, reset temperature settings. He was polite, provided good customer service and took care of issue quickly. I would not hesitate to call Geek Squad for appliance service. Service charge was reasonable.

    battery won't charge - Fixed my issue with no cost

    I went in because the laptop battery didn't charge and I had replaced the battery with no luck. I had an appt and had a tech look at it. This isn't the first time I have brought a problem to them that they fixed without cost. He took the machine in back came out with the fix. NO COST. Most profession and smart guy IMHO. I can't get over they didn't charge me. He found the part I needed with my computer - bookmarked it so I could buy it when I got home (didn't have it in stock). Lucky to have this service. Home run for the Geek Squad.

    Friendly and helpful agent

    The agent who inspected my computer was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. He also went into the back to get a second opinion at one point, just to be sure he didn't give me an inaccurate verdict. The agent seemed to care about making sure I knew all of my options and that I didn't leave with unanswered questions or feeling frustrated, all of which I really appreciated.

    I visited the Geek Squad counter at the Martinsburg, WV store. The associate there, Walker, did an exceptional job of taking care of my issue. He was attentive, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

    wiped my imac clean

    I needed to wipe my computer clean so that I could take advantage of a trade in. Just bought a new mac. My technician was Kaan Topuz. He could not have been nicer or more polite and knowledgeable. He explained the process and handled the paperwork seemlessly so that I could get a Best Buy gift card!

    I recently took my gaming pc in to be repaired. It was a great experience. Riley is a true master of his craft, not only did he fix the problem but he went through the whole system and optimized it to what it should be. He also did a very thorough cleaning of the entire system. I would recommend their service to anyone, especially if Riley is working on it.

    Jacob at the Orillia location was very helpful and kind. He took time to explain issues and options. I really appreciate that even though he couldn't miraculously make my computer work perfectly, he was able to ensure all the data was saved.

    I brought my 10 year old laptop in to the Bolingbrook store on 10/26/23 to have it serviced because it no longer would identify my network.Jeff listened to the history of my problem and then wove his way through the settings and found the culprit.He resolved my problem with great knowledge and abilities.Well Done Ken!!!

    First off, the geek squad was very busy. You could tell they were doing their best, 1 person saw me getting a bit nervous as I was worried I was late for checkin, but she assured me the latest rep would get to me. She even let me use her chair as there was no more seating. The person who took my appt. was named Raymond. He was able to figure out what was wrong with my laptop. It was such a relief after 2 weeks of frustration. Thank you so much!
