I brought in my computer yesterday For my 12:20 PM appointment at the Oceanside California store and a very smart young woman informed me that my processor could not be replaced and saved me a lot of anguish. I wish I could remember her name, but I do pass on my thanks.

The agent in the Flushing Best Buy Geek Squad helped me replace my damaged gaming laptop, screen has a black/pink line in the middle, with no extra charge. Furthermore, even though the data transfer time was long I was able to have everything setup when I got the computer.

I always include the Geek Squad support plans with any device I purchase at Best Buy. They have solved many problems for me on my computers at any hour of the day. They can log in to my computer by remote control and go through all of my files and locate any problems I have had and remove them. I just recently had my hard drive fail on one of my computers, and they were very helpful in restoring my files and reinstalling Windows 10. I recommend them very highly!!

Needed help with my iPad purchased for older parents. Alex and Shayne were very friendly, polite, and professional. I had used geek squad before and always very satisfied with my experience. Keep up the great work!

Something is fishy here. Only 4 reviews all one star. My experience with Geek Squad Tech Support has been outstanding. My wife and I have had several remote repair sessions, all with a positive result. I'm not getting paid to say this. It just seems unfair.

These folks know their stuff! They worked tirelessly on my computer and fixed it.
