Once Jason, the Geek Squader, are to my house he was very good, addressing all the concerns I had re transferring data and setting up the new computer. My main complaint is not with him, but with the very difficult time I had trying to communicate with the Geek Sq. It is near impossible to get a live person to speak to you on the phone. I had to go into Best Buy several times just to speak to someone. They were supposed to get back to me re an issue I was having, but never did. Very poor customer service.
