Cigarette Smoke

did not get all my important files
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The geek squad member was pressed for time, therefore not able to transfer all my files from old computer, kept asking me if I had any questions, as this was going on, I could not at the moment think of any thing, but the same day sent e mail and no response to it !! question came to me when he left. never answered, this might be a late review, but necessary because of renewal time for contract, having 2nd thoughts about it since they won't change expire date to date installed not date of purchase.
