      Shirar was great; but it is impossible to get someone on the phone to ask a question. I bought a new printer and PC laptop a few weeks ago. Shirar came and set everything up; but he had to come back a couple of weeks later because the printer and fax weren't connected or working properly. Soon after he left, again the printer and fax weren't working. So, since it's been over 30 days since the installation, I'll have to pay for service. Very disappointed.
