      Good price and does exactly what I needed it to. Some steps or correct procedures are complicated, but with time it can be figured out. The printer is exactly what I wanted. Price was very good. DM

      The technician did install my computer but he left all my wires jumbled together in a big pile. I would expect for a professional to leave all the wires separated and the slack in the wire taken up with a zip tie. I had to unplug some things just to get the wires straightened out--I was lucky I didn't disable anything. I have used Geek Squad many times and this is my first complaint. Based on my total years' experience with Geek Squad, I would still recommend them.

      guy and his "intern" were quick, friendly and experienced. had to order speakers which were originally part of deal and they came back and installed.
