I bought a new IMAC and probably could have set it up myself but it would have taken me days...so I hired the Geek Squad. Gustavo showed up on time and after 2hrs..ALL SET UP and material transferred. He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel stupid at all. This service is the BEST. I would definitely hire them again.

Charlie, from the Geek Squad, set up two new HP Envy computers in my home office and he did a great job. He was professional, patient, friendly, and obviously very competent. He answered all our questions, gave us helpful hints, and set everything up the way we wanted. Thanks, Charlie! You are terrific!

Great Job . Courteous and Kind. Very knowledgeable. He installed all the programs that was ask by me. Explained how to use and how to troubleshoots if something was the matter. Which was call the Geek Squad. I'll always call to resolve any issues

My tech was amazing. He set up and explained a lot of questions i had about computer. He showed me lots of new uses i was not aware. He also made it easy for me to use it that is simple. He is a keeper and i will request him again.

IMac working perfectly. As always Geek squad came on time and Jason was extremely knowledgeable and personable and completed the job on time. I had explained to Jason that I had some time constraints due to a medical problem and he came early so I could make my appointment. Great service.

Technician was on time, very personable, and demonstrated his knowledge of the equipment (printer). He took time to familiarize me with the basic functions of the printer. Enjoyed the interaction.......very friendly and professional.

Computer was setup quickly and everything is working as intended. Tech was quick and courteous. No problems. And when I asked if he could do this and that he always said yes - but for a fee... I assume I could have figured things out myself, but throwing money at it got me up and running in no time...

My experience was very good. I was asked my preference on many things as the Squad member proceeded through the install. Before he left he explained everything and was happy to answer any of my questions. My office was left near and he took away all packing materials.

I got the Blue screen of death so I called the Geeks. They worked on it and got it straightened out very quickly. All areas are working like they should and they made sure that everything is in good shape by checking and double-checking all the problem areas. It's been running fine and I really appreciate it.

Jason is the best service rep that I've ever encountered. He's exceptionally knowledgeable with both Apple and PC computers. His assistance made our transition from a PC environment to the Apple iMac environment painless.

Justin is great! This is the second time Justin has come out to my house over the past couple of years. I was really happy to open the door and see that it was him for my new computer set-up. Justin explains everything as he is going through the installation. He makes sure all your questions are answered before he leaves.

He was so helpful and knowledgeable! He took extra time explaining the new computer to my parents. They were sooo grateful! Words cannot express how happy I, and my parents, were with the service!!! Great job!!!

I bought a brand new HP touchscreen laptop for which I needed to have a number of things set up such as my yahoo email, Norton etc. I was very pleasantly surprised with the competence and speed with which the set up was done. I highly recommend the geek squad, and Esteban and Karell in particular.

My Geek was outstanding! Skilled, helpful, patient. Gave me confidence to use my newly installed products. I am an "older" user and required simplicity in my Geek's explanations, and he was wonderfully adaptive to that fact. We'd use him again in a minute!!

Skylar, the geek squad person was on time and was very efficient in set up of new iMac. She answers questions in a straightforward manner and in language I can understand. I texted a few questions to her after she left and she promptly answered.

I purchased this service since my computer skills are basic and I was concerned that the set up might be too time consuming or frustrating. I potentially could have accomplished this on my own, however, it was completed efficiently and there were a couple of approaches I would not have known ( e.g., use the websites and not the CDs to ensure ongoing updates of programs). The tech did take the time to walk me through the process, so next time I will likely do this on my own.

Your technician, Tyler, did an excellent job of setting up my new computer, He was very knowledgeable and gave us very beneficial tips on software. He was personable and followed COVID protocol. I highly recommend the Geek Squad and Tyler in particular.

Geek Rep installed my new computer and was very pleased with the service. He was on time, very pleasant and extremely helpful answering my questions. He took the time to help me find games to play and how to retrieve them for future use. He also showed me how to use some features I was ignorant about. Kudos to the Geek Squad!
