      The gentleman came and ask how old my hp desktop was and I told him it was 12 yrs old. He turned it on and it worked but it didn't have windows 10 put on it. I was told I had to buy it since the geek squad doesn’t bring one which I would have paid for I know. He said with screen being 12 yrs old he said he thought it wouldn’t be worth me putting the $151.00 plus cost plus paying the service call of $49.00, which I was already billed for at the store. Also stated my tower was big and being 12 yrs old, wouldn’t even be a smart choice, since they now make them smaller and faster, Even though I have a a newer Logitech wireless keyboard as well as the wireless mouse. When I got a call to confirm my service call, that’s when I was told I had to purchase (windows10) it before my appt so I’d have it for the man when h’d come. When I went to return the Window10 @Best Buy they would not let me return the box cause the clear wrap was off, so I’m out that money as well as I still don’t have my desktop computer hooked up. Wasn’t even thinking of replacing it with a new one or laptop, MacBook, etc. A real disappointment for me.
