Started Well...But then...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a 4-month-old Yoga laptop die with a bad mother board. Went through all sorts of hoops, but Best Buy eventually made it right. Part of that was sending out Geek squad to set up new computer. The guy who came out was nice and helpful. But my three-year-old printer would no longer interface with a Windows update from 3 days prior. Had to get new printer. Technician said to call/text him when I got it and he would come back and finish. Did so...and no response. Still waiting..... Can;t call store--nobody answers. Tried "chat" only to have "technical glitch" disconnect. Finally just send chat message of SOMEONE to contact me. No response yet. It should be a real simple solution--send the tech (or another tech) out. But he closed the ticket so they think it is done I guess. Still don;t have a scan function, Outlook is hit or miss, and fiber speed is dreadfully slow at times.

Having a printer that works for your home office is something we can all appreciate, though it’s disheartening to hear you’re having trouble getting in touch with the right person to reschedule a new appointment to hook up your new printer. If you have not yet been able to speak to someone about this, I would recommend calling Geek Squad at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778 as they should be able to assist with scheduling.
