Rude geek squad tech

Two guys came, the younger man was very nice willing to really help with the set up, i think his name was Ishmel. The other guy had a demeanor that made my husband and I feel like he didnt want to be there. He stopped Ishmael from doing what he could do to help. To this day our tv still needs to be programmed.
