Still waiting

Paid for and was told that they could transfer data at my house from my old computer to new. I was told someone would reach out to schedule my appointment and it has been close to 3-weeks since that time. I receive automated schedule appointment emails all of which do not allow me to schedule an appointment. It is difficult to get ahold of someone within geek squad as their automated phone system is not very user friendly. Spoke with a tech and was told they would look into my situation and get back to me in 2-days, That was over 1-week ago. A little frustrated over here.

Basic Training

It would have been nice to know this before The Geek Guy came to train me with my new Apple Computer. Fortunately. I did have a list of questions, otherwise not sure what would have happened. It didn’t go at all how I had expected. Not sure I would call this a training session.

Not Happy

I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and they spent the whole time with one customer without checking with me. After all that they told me the hard drive was not any good even though a geek squad guy had come to my house and took it out of a working laptop
