Great appointment availability. Got computer set up and answered.questions I had.

Service person showed up on time, theoretically got computer, speakers, multi-function machine operational. Though I paid for extra time to explain, he was in big hurry to leave. Said green light on speakers showed they were operational. In actual fact, speakers and computer are NOT communicating with each other. Computer and printer are working= 2/3

Trouble Shooting problems with home theater system purchased at Magnolia-Best Buy

Agent was polite and seemed knowledgeable. The problem was, the agent kept checking the time and gave me the impression my time needs were not important. The agent set up and configured my wireless printer quickly. The problem however, I wanted to learn how the printer was set up in case I had to re-install the printer later at some point. Also, I had a list of questions I planned on asking the agent. Unfortunately the agent said said no time left and had to leave........what????? Needless to say, this did not leave me with a favorable impression on the customer service experience I expected and felt I deserved from Geek Squad. For instance, the agent hurriedly tried tp set up and configure the fax feature on my MFP Printer. The agent could not set up the fax feature on printer. I had the fax working within 10 minutes after the agent left hastily. Did not get my money's worth!

The agent was thorough but too much in a hurry. I felt rushed.

He didn’t want to go out of his way to be helpful. I was happy when he left. He did set up what he was scheduled to do but kept telling me he was on a time schedule and if I needed more assistance I would need to make another appointment.

Geek squad was very courteous, timely and pleasant. Hooking every thing up went very smooth. However when it came to transferring the data that was a different story. Best Buy and Geek Squad assured me the data transfer would be no problem. They tried and failed. I ended up paying T&T Computers to do the transfer.

I specifically wrote out all details of what I required to change my old computer storage data and photos Etc to my new one they just purchased. I received my new computer back along with the old one and my hard drive backup which I gave instructions to please erase all after confirming that the transfer of old data and pictures were accepted to my new computer. This was not done upon return and was returned with a very weird statement from the tech saying he did not understand my instructions which was quite simple. I also put in Brighton to please change my original key chain from an old email in which the old computer got a virus to a new email which was my current one and this did not happen and I my new computer is still in my old keychain email along with indentation at the bottom with my husband's name identifying himself as the owner of my computer with a $15 credit The third time I contacted Geek Squad my computer has been packed through my cell phone which is a Samsung to Google on and no one who sold me the computer nor The Geek Squad Representatives that I spoke with several times advised me to go through Safari which is AppleCare security protection I found out later Within a week and a half my cloud memory was full as play computer somehow unset itself to at least save to my that's local which is my hard drive instead it always save everything to the cloud and filled up pictures that I hadn't been paid for through the Google storage cloud account I I have had for over 20 years I never gave him permission and it filled up my entire cloud and then the gentleman I was speaking to didn't know really what he was doing North Dania who is the manager another frustration they finally said they are sending a representative to my house this coming Sunday Lastly, The Geek Squad to never be reached on phone from day one it goes to a call center and when they had my computer they had contact me it with a question and I never could reach them because the call Center told me the system was down all the times that try to reach them when I was in trouble over the last month with my computer the customer service was horrible There are many people like me who feel that should there should be a class and how to understand issues that are different from the last Max we once owned thank you
