the geek squad was on time, professional, and took time to answer my questions. My computer and printer were set up correctly

From the set up, unpacking, backup, insuring everything working correctly and a few lessons in how to work the new system...... I really appreciate how easy the transition from hp to Apple has been due to the help of the Geek squad!

Geek squad came out and set up the new Sony. We didn’t have the set mounted, but wanted speakers connected and the set integrated with the cable box. They were efficient and very knowledgeable.

Geek Squad came on time and installed my new computer and stayed and explained the new unit to me and how to use. he also moved the programs from old computer to new computer. very satisfied with the service

We decided to use geek squad and best decision ever, even though I know what to do when setting things up but, time wise was so much quicker. Any complicated questions they were able to answer which was amazing!!

Great job and put it all together, explained the printer and different aspects of the computer so while not being very proficient in the various aspects of the computer, I am doing very well.

I had to get my email address changed on a couple items and Mike did an excellent job getting it done. I also had him check out my computer to make sure it was running ok.

The tech support was excellent except for the fact that I was told to leave my computer on overnight so that my software problem could be worked on and fixed, Nothing was done on it until the next morning after l reminded the Geek Squad that the problem has not been fixed. They then fixed my problem.

Allen set up our Wii gaming system in very short time. He was able to install something that would have taken hours for us and then took the time to explain how to access the system.

While online help is often useful, sometimes it's best to have in-person assistance. In my situation, it was much faster and easier to have a Geek Squad agent set everything up and make sure it was all working correctly.

the geek tech that came to do my setup was amazing. he listened to my 1,000,001 questions while still proceeding with what needed to be done AND with a smile on his face. he was super knowledgeable; taught me a couple short cuts ~ things as simple as how to create a shortcut to my desktop even faster than no time at all. he was very courteous. he cleaned up as he went along ~ meaning all the boxes, styrofoam, etc. when he left you could hardly tell he'd been here... except now i had a brand new desktop with a scnner/printer & kickin' monitor to boot. would definitely recommend the service.

Shawn did a great job in setting up our computer. He also set up the new printer. He was very thorough in his explanations and was a pleasure to work with. Excellent job!!

This is our second computer in a month. We went ahead and got the Geek Squad support. Wow these guys have been great and so knowledgeable. Everyone has explained everything to me in a way I understand. Great value. We got the 3 years.

This was very much worth the price to get our computer network for our business set up correctly so everyone can access the information. The rep was very personable and professional, and we were very pleased.
