once I bot I had the geek squad pre set up the computer for me ready to be plugged in at home did a great job as always. I'm a member of the geek squad service and it's worth it.

I had to get my email address changed on a couple items and Mike did an excellent job getting it done. I also had him check out my computer to make sure it was running ok.

Geek squad came out and set up the new Sony. We didn’t have the set mounted, but wanted speakers connected and the set integrated with the cable box. They were efficient and very knowledgeable.

Great job and put it all together, explained the printer and different aspects of the computer so while not being very proficient in the various aspects of the computer, I am doing very well.

The agent connected my DVD - he was polite, efficient, and extremely helpful in answering questions regarding the hook up and use. I highly recommend him (Andrew)

The Geek Squad agent set up my computer and hooked up all accessories. He showed me how to operate new software and made sure I was comfortable before he left.

Shawn did a great job in setting up our computer. He also set up the new printer. He was very thorough in his explanations and was a pleasure to work with. Excellent job!!

Allen set up our Wii gaming system in very short time. He was able to install something that would have taken hours for us and then took the time to explain how to access the system.

Geek Squad came on time and installed my new computer and stayed and explained the new unit to me and how to use. he also moved the programs from old computer to new computer. very satisfied with the service

We decided to use geek squad and best decision ever, even though I know what to do when setting things up but, time wise was so much quicker. Any complicated questions they were able to answer which was amazing!!

The tech support was excellent except for the fact that I was told to leave my computer on overnight so that my software problem could be worked on and fixed, Nothing was done on it until the next morning after l reminded the Geek Squad that the problem has not been fixed. They then fixed my problem.

The agent set up my new computer and connected it to my printer quickly and professionally. He also answered all of my questions and even showed my how to print from my cell phone.

I have had two different occasions to use the Geek Squad and they have both been very good. The young men were knowledgeable and very patient with an older woman who doesn't know much about IT devices. I highly recommend this organization.

The agent set up my HP ENVY 6055E Printer and connect it to WiFi. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The agent was so nice & eager to help a Senior Citizen!

From the set up, unpacking, backup, insuring everything working correctly and a few lessons in how to work the new system...... I really appreciate how easy the transition from hp to Apple has been due to the help of the Geek squad!

First time I had to contact someone else to do the installation as my IT guy was not available. The Geek Squad member, Brian was very knowledgeable and personable and he put things where I needed them to be and then got the tower up and running.
