the geek tech that came to do my setup was amazing. he listened to my 1,000,001 questions while still proceeding with what needed to be done AND with a smile on his face. he was super knowledgeable; taught me a couple short cuts ~ things as simple as how to create a shortcut to my desktop even faster than no time at all. he was very courteous. he cleaned up as he went along ~ meaning all the boxes, styrofoam, etc. when he left you could hardly tell he'd been here... except now i had a brand new desktop with a scnner/printer & kickin' monitor to boot. would definitely recommend the service.

While online help is often useful, sometimes it's best to have in-person assistance. In my situation, it was much faster and easier to have a Geek Squad agent set everything up and make sure it was all working correctly.

Installed my DVD player: partnered it too my VCR, got it running and showed me how to operate the system. Very very happy with the Geek squad. I would request this person again.

This was very much worth the price to get our computer network for our business set up correctly so everyone can access the information. The rep was very personable and professional, and we were very pleased.

The geek squad agent was very knowledgeable, took his time and transferred data files I wanted from my old computer. He then set my new computer to save all data to the D drive instead of the default C drive.

Geek Squad did the basics; however, when he left, my computer was talking to my printer. The reason I paid for this guy to come to my home is that I am severely technologically challenged. With the help of a more tech savvy friend, we corrected the problem, but shouldn't have had to.

This is our second computer in a month. We went ahead and got the Geek Squad support. Wow these guys have been great and so knowledgeable. Everyone has explained everything to me in a way I understand. Great value. We got the 3 years.

The Geek Squad members came in & assessed situation & informed me that I did not have proper cables for DVD player hookup !! Told what to get & to setup another appointment for it to be installed !!

I had Geek Service come and set up my Roku and hook up to Comcast through the internet. They did a great job and were friendly. He even went beyond what was asked and did additional items for free. Will use again.

Everything was installed and downloaded promptly and efficiently. The person was very knowledgible and made helpful suggestions. I would recommend him to anyone.

The Geek Squad was here about 3 hours. He transferred my files from my old computer as well as my files on my husband's MacBook Pro-older version to this MacBook Pro. He answered all of our questions, including some basic questions as well as more detailed questions. The longer he was here, the more questions we asked. It did not bother him that we watched what he was doing. He transferred all of my photos to this computer which numbered in the thousands. They were still being transferred when he left because of the large number of photos. What a gift he has being able to do all he needs to do for us customers that like computers but don't know the inner workings.

The Geek Squad did an amazing job installing our new computer and also updating an existing desktop. The Geek Squad also showed us how to use specific items. Overall a great experience! Thank you Geek Squad!

Excellent service. Extremely helpful during during covid. Arrived clean with mask, and was I went smoothly . I then went and bought my grandson a computer from Best Buy.

He was setting our computers, printers and fax. He was very patient and answered all our questions, and the most important thing... he did a great job, everything is working perfect. Thanks so much geek squad!
