Mike B.came out to help me set up my wifi and extender so we could get reception through out our house and set up our new Ring doorbell. First he had to clear up the mess I had made trying to do it myself! He was very patient and courteous and got everything working perfectly. Later that day the system went down and he responded to my call immediately and made an appointment to come out again the next day, which he did. Mike B found the problem and it was a quick fix but he made sure all my devices were working. I'll certainly call Mike B. next time technical problems rear their ugly heads! Thanks Geek Squad
