The agent installed a complicated all in one business Machine. The agent was very knowledgeable, efficient and able to effectively instruct the operation of the wi Fi component.

I was very pleased with the Geek Squad technician not only with his technical expertise but also his personality and attitude in providing total service for resolving my problems associated with my WiFi. He took the time not only to fix this problem but also to carefully explain the problem in a simplified manner that I could understand. If I ever need to get help from the Geek squad, I will definitely request to have Scott assigned to help me with any problem.I encounter. The Geek Squad yearly contract cost and per visit cost is definitely worth the money!

The Geek squad agent set up my husbands new lap top and my new printer on all exsisting computers in the house. He was very careful and knowledgeable of our needs.

Bought new computer. Had data transferred and set up by geek squad. He was very nice to answer all my questions and take the time to explain things to a an older not so computer savvy person.

Robbie was more than helpful with installing printer and new computer. I just hope I can remember all the tips he gave me. The biggest problem is always getting through the phone layers to set up an appointment. Once done, I feel confident I'll be taken care of.

This is a very easy to use dvd that kids can use. It is perfect for use in the car or a small group. It allows one full length movie before needing to be charged again. My grandkids have loved it.
