The agent Shawn set up my computer and printer perfectly. He was very professional and did an excellent job. He truly is an asset to Best Buy.

The agent did an excellent job setting up our new Mac. We wanted it to be updated with new programs and able to mirror our other devices. The agent got everything running as needed.

Quickly and efficiently installed and networked our new laptop. Great personality and communicator. Entire process was efficient and timely.

Brandon did a great job setting up my printer. He answered any questioned I had. He made sure I knew exactly how to do all the functions. He is a very polite young man.

Because I have no affinity for installing anything electronic, I hired the GEEK SQAUD to install my new computer. They tech did an excellent job. and provided me with the help I needed to get started on the new machine.

The GEEK Squad Tech was fabulous. What a great job in doing the setup of my new computer. He made sure I knew how to use my new computer and that my printer worked.

Jorge is the "best". He always explains what he is doing and the reasons for what ever happened. He's patient and willing to listen and help out with any concerns.

The gentleman who came over to transfer items from my desktop to my new Lenovo laptop was terrific!! Very conscientious and knowledgeable. I knew I'd made the right decision to get the service contract.

I normally setup equipment for my relatives but with Covid it was not possible to travel. My aunt urgently needed a new PC for working at home so I had to trust someone local to setup the new PC. The person from Geek Squad was great. He was very Covid aware and considerate due to my aunt being 80+ and in the high risk group. He fully setup the new PC (software, Internet and her printer), showed her everything worked and verified she could get to all her bookmarks for email and work. He even provided his cell phone number in case she had issues. I would definitely use Geek Squad again.

Unfortunately, this service took three trips. First trip we thought that tech would transfer data from old to new device and set up. Tech said the transfer should happen in store and then set up. So, we took it to the store and he came back about 10 days later to set it up. Unfortunately the tech at the store did not put the power cord in the box , so he could not complete set up. He had to go back to the store and come back 2 days later. A hundred mile round trip for him and us each time. The tech was very good and very patient and made sure everything was working. He did go above and beyond in a frustrating situation for everyone.

I'm a senior have trouble kneeling and I thought it was easier for me to hire someone and I'm glad I did. Price was fair, tech was on time and was very professional.. Took time to explain all of the features.

Fred from Geek Squad came out to hook up my son’s gaming desktop the day after Christmas. He did an excellent job and was very friendly & knowledgeable about the computer. Would highly recommend.

Great job by Diego and Matt. They explained everything very well and made sure I understood how to navigate through the smart TV and using my iPhone.

Geoff Arholm came to the house since I had multiple issues to correct. He was on time, professional, and I am so very grateful for his knowledge and assistance! He gave me his business card, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He also installed Webroot on both my desktop computer as well as my laptop. He helped me recover my partially locked email, corrected security issues, cleaned up things on the hard drive - all of which I never would have known how to do! Hiring the Geek Squad is one of the wisest things I have ever done!
