geek squad did a great job hooking up my new computer and transferring all my stuff from my old computer. I'm not computer savvy so it was well worth it

Set up new laptop to mirror my old one. No learning curve whatsoever. Highly recommend this service for any senior uncomfortable doing transfer and set up yourself

In house service is awesome. Telephone service not so much. I ended up fixing the problem myself without having to physically go to store

Geek Squad at home was a big help for me, he installed my printer. He gave instructions, so that, I can use it.

Supposed to come & setup phone, tablet, computer & maybe TV to all be connected & WORKING. Wait 3weeks for appt. Problems with Verizon. Tech arrived, did computer ONLY. TOLD WHEN PURCHASED ALL BE UP & WORKING. Paid $199 for this. Computer man did get Microsoft on computer. Told me tablets NOT compatible and Office not work. Only Apple would. Asked try. Lo & behold, did work. Far as went. Told be $49.99 for each service! NOT WHAT TOLD BY BESTBUY PERSON. HAVE SEPARATE PERSON DO PHONE, TABLET & Tv! Be $49.99 EACH! $150 MORE. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. MAIN PURPOSE I PURCHASED. AM DISABLED. SELDOM ABLE DRIVE. NEEDED HOME SERVICE. WAS MISLEAD.

Shawna Ross came to my home as scheduled and proceeded to professionally remove my old computer and get the pertinent data transferred to my new HP. She did the work timely and answered any questions I had.

The young man who set-up and serviced my new computer did an exceptional job of transferring my data from the old PC and making sure everything worked correctly before he left. He did an awesome job.

Geek squad did a great job and was very thorough. It took three hours and she was very patient and knowledgeable. Taught me a lot as she did the install.

They removed a lot of old content, provided and installed webroot and made recommendations regarding how to proceed. Technician was well informed and very nice. My only complaint was that the earliest appointment I could get on site was two weeks away.

The setup went quickly and efficiently. I had plenty of time to ask questions and gave the agent time to show me several items and answer my questions in a complete fashion.
