he did set up everything and did what i asked like transferring everything from my desktop to the new laptop and the even put everything on a flash drive in case i had any problems

Agent Bill did a great job in setting up my HP Pavilion desktop. He also installed the HP Envy printer which was not on the order for my convenience.

Kevin installed a web can that I had pre-purchased from Best Buy. He then configured two monitors to work together as extensions of one another, and redefined which one was to be the primary monitor. He then configured my hp printer to WiFi input and finally got my gmail account onto the computer. Throughout the session Kevin explained what he was doing, answered my questions in a professional and and polite manner. All done quickly. Kevin is a great ambassador for Best Buy and confirmed that getting the geek squad service package was a great deal. Thank you.

Geek Squad set up my new computer and printer. Transferred all my data over to the new computer and gave me a lesson on how it all works. She was fantastic!

Installer did a good job. Someone ordered the wrong part had to wait a couple of days for the right part to come in then had to wait another couple of days for installer to come back.

Justus (their lead agent / specialist) came and calibrated my LG OLED TV. I thought my own initial settings allowed a pretty darn good picture. However, with this calibration, and Justus setting up individual choices for viewing during the daytime (i.e., with more lighting in the room) and during the evening / nighttime ... my viewing experience (along with my home 5.1 sound system) is nearly like being at the movie theater!! My wife and I are very happy (so glad she is ... because this was a birthday present from her to me!!)
