The Geek Squad representative was on time and completed the computer setup and transfer of data from old computer to new very efficiently.

They were all very friendly and knowledgeable I have some set up to compete iwill call them when we get out the mess we are in they did a great job

I was very pleased with the professional attitude of the technician. He was on time for the appointment, and very knowledgeable. When I purchased the machine, I did not realize that the Geek Squad would activate it in the store - free of charge. So there was an extra $190.00 expense. The salesman should have informed me about the gratis service. I did have to return to the store to purchase Microsoft Windows because it did not come with the machine, and I was not aware that I could not use the machine as a word processor unless I had that program. Again - that was the fault of the salesperson. The Geek Squad is excellent.

The gentleman who came to our house to set up my new computer was professional and personable. He explained each thing he did and then recommended I take my old computer into the store to have the data downloaded to my external drive as the data was loading too slow computer to computer. The problem I have had is that the store will not do a curbside pickup of my old computer and external drive during the pandemic surge as they only do curbside for new computers. I have not been able to pick up my computer for 3 weeks and they will not even consider a curbside pick up even though I am 72. Best Buy Geek Squad has been very good at repairing and setting up computers for me but, this rule not to due curbside pickup for any repair during the pandemic is irresponsible.

I am an Old Fa_t. Rhymes with Art and was without a computer and printer for three years. In the period of time technology did a quantum leap so I peppered the Geek with questions.And I am sure some of them were stupid but he never made me feel stupid and was very patient and answered my questions graciously. Still looking up some of the Geek terminology but felt great about the Install. Glad I got the service contract so when I need help, all I need to do is ask for it.

The Tech (Giang "Jaytee" Ta) Was very personable and professional in his instructions and review of instructions. This is a Great service and well worth the cost for peace of mind.
