Another great experience by having the Geek Squad come out in set up my printer as well as tweaked a few other devices. Very friendly courteous and respectful any efficient.

My Geek Squad tech did a good job setting up my new Dell Windows 10 desktop. He transferred all files, etc. to my new computer from old computer okay. No instruction on how to print from new computer were given. When I tried to do printing from the new computer it would not let me just print a paragraph (selection) or single page. It printed the whole 10 pages of the article. Even though I selected only 1 page. Also, would not let me print a 4x6 photo either. It would print the 4x6 photo on the center of the page instead of on the print.

Awesome....these guys know their stuff, when mounting a TV on the wall. They also answer questions you ask them. We wouldn't ask anyone else to do the work!

The printer is wireless so my tablets , lap top and cell phone can all connect to it. It is very user friendly and we are happy with it. I would recommend it to a friend.

Richard was superb in his evaluation of my home theater system, and because of my Smart TV not handling some of the programming was not able to be viewed because of slow internet speed. He suggested we upgrade from 20 megs to 40 or 60, and we actually went for the 60 megs, which is the fastest available in Pinal County. Now everything works like a charm, however, because, the Prime viewing not being supported by our older smart tv, we solved it by getting a fire stick from Best Buy and Richard installed it, and now Oh boy, Oh boy, Oh boy!!!!!!!

We had the geek squad transfer data from our pc to our new Mac. Very worth it to be sure all of our 3000+ pictures transferred properly. Would definitely recommend this service
