The support members that came to our home were very knowledgeable and professional. We were very satisfied with their work.

The guys came to the house and connected my computer and printer and installed the software. Nice way to get things done in a new house.

The Geek Squad agent was polite but antsy. He was unfamiliar with the program and said it was new and that he would have to study it. I felt like I was taking up his very valuable time and was uncomfortable asking questions. At one point he took out his wallet and a five dollar bill which he placed in the wallet. I had already prepared a tip for him but felt like this was a hint to me and made me uncomfortable. I have used the Geek Squad at Best Buy for many years and have been very pleased with their excellent service and I will use their at home service again but will request a different agent.

The agent connected my roku in a timely manner. He was very efficient and explained everything clearly.

Yes, the GEEK SQUAD is known for their expertise but what adds to it is how great they are to work with . They were kind and patient with all my questions and when above and beyond to help me with my HP All-in-one. They also took me thru set-up of new WEBROOT security , a new external drive for backups and so much more. I was so impressed with everyone I talked to or worked with directly. I feel like I will have all the help I need and I am so glad that BEST BUY has stores in NYC that are convenient to get to when I need HELP!!
