The teck person did a yeoman effort to fix my problems. When the problem took a difficult zig she zagged and found a fix. She was great.

Part of this call was pretty easy since I had the modem and router working. Tech did improve installation and spent some time on settings. I will gladly pay for more expertise since the newest generation of Netgear routers are very complex. We also worked to get the HP Pro printer working. After initial success performing AirPrint from multiple devices, we declared victory too soon since the setup did not survive a power down. Now my real frustration began. I need a followup call and am even willing to pay more for the permanent solution. This time I want the steps he took documented. What do I have to do to get him out here? Have been to the store twice to leave messages, no call back.
