      Agent Andre was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful, however, he had difficulty downloading Microsoft Office and thought it was a problem on Microsoft's end and advised us to wait 24 hours. If it didn't download by the next day, he said to call the Geek Squad. We did and we were told first that they couldn't help because it wasn't ordered through Best Buy. Really?! We tried to order it through Best Buy, but our IHA said they couldn't order it online, and that it was something the Agent could help us with when he came to set up the computer, printer, etc. That didn't happen, so it was ordered through Microsoft while he was here. After a few more calls, we did get assistance.....but it was very frustrating.
