The Geek Squad man did a great job of setting up my new computer and transferring over programmes I wanted from my old computer. He was very helpful in answering all the questions I had for him and very patient with an 80 year old who does not know a lot about computers. Would recommend Geek Squad for any seniors. This is the second time one of them has been to my home and been so patient with me and made sure I understood the answers to my questions before he left.

Replacement Apple computer for one used for 12 years, same size and design. Very impressed with service from sales and in-home setup to the resolution of uncertainties regarding some aspects of transfer of information from older computer to new one. All done politely, with comprehension and speed of resolution, completed in one session, via phone and on-line, following in-home instillation. Well done and appreciated.
