This is the first time I have ever utilized the services of Geek Squad since relocating to MN. It was a luxury to have the m come to my home and set up my new laptop in my home. I learned lots of little pointers and tips and it was much more effective than struggling with the task at home and having to call to get assistance. I would definitely do it again if the products were new to me.

Agent Sanda deleted/hid a Spanish Facebook account created in iPhone and got synched Into my old computer to my new Lenovo desktop! 2) Removed not used icons that came with Lenovo 3) Connected used printer to desktop computer 4) answered lots of questions and 5) half an hour later, I turned on computer and things didn’t seem to work, I called Sanda and he came back to help me out!
