Brian set up my second router as a wired access point in hopes of boosting my wifi signal in my home. When he could clearly see that was not helping he showed my how my cable company router/modem was very outdated and stayed with my while I phoned the cabled company to order an new one. He then explained the procedure for setting it up once I get it. He must have been here well over an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable.

The installer hooked up my computer very quickly and showed me how to access everything.

Dwight did an excellent in setting up my new desktop computer, HP - Pavillion 27" All-In-One model. He also transferred all of my Word and Excel files perfectly. He also installed my bluetooth headphones perfectly, and coordinated my headphones with the desktop computer speakers perfectly. One slight criticism: he could have cleaned up a little better, once he finished installing my new desktop computer.
