Professional, friendly knowledgeable workers!

They helped set up multiple devices, answered questions while working and had excellent follow-up and communication. I debated getting the tech support again but am easily reminded of what a small price for such a great investment. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is considering. Thank you Geek Squad!

Install of printer

Found out the hard way more to installing a printer than just plugging into a wall outlet. Geek Tech was excellent; had to reconfigure computer to 'talk' to printer; was quiet, quick and efficient, explained trouble and what was required to get the job done. He did it all. Excellent Tech! Knew what he was doing. Excellent Service! Thanks!
