      The agents were efficient, courteous and very professional with consideration to all COVID protocol. They helped set up multiple devices, answered questions while working and had excellent follow-up and communication. I debated getting the tech support again but am easily reminded of what a small price for such a great investment. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is considering. Thank you Geek Squad!

      The agent up dated my computer software, connected my computer to my printer. He spent time on the phone with Verizon in order to make my computer, phone and TV, Compatible. He was completely in ahearance with the CDC Code. I was impressed with his politeness; his skils; and his effectiveness.
