Geek Squad are LIFESAVERS!!!

They were EXTREMELY efficient and had ZERO issues afterwards. I cannot say enough great things about Best Buy’s customer service and especially The Geek Squad! Thank you!!!

He really knew everything I needed to set up my MAC and peripherals. He went above and beyond by trying to recover data from an old hard drive and my old MAC. He cheered when he recovered nearly all of my files off the Cloud. He was patient and knowledgeable. I could never have set up my new computer and had everything running in sync without him.

Geek Squad guy Brian Sutton

Was courteous and polite. Showed me some short cuts and even explained the Windows 10 a little to me. Was very knowledgeable. I had some interaction with the Ribbit Guys and would not recommend them. Geek Squad Brian was so much more knowledgeable..
