      My Geek Squad Agent (David) was fabulous. He really knew everything I needed to set up my MAC and peripherals. He went above and beyond by trying to recover data from an old hard drive and my old MAC. He cheered when he recovered nearly all of my files off the Cloud. He was patient and knowledgeable. I could never have set up my new computer and had everything running in sync without him.
