I had Geek Squad set up my new laptop and printer, as I was using a 10 yr old laptop running Vista! I am NOT computer knowledgeable!! I was ready for it to be a nightmare but boy was i wrong!! What a great experience! The power had gone out about and hour before tech was due to arrive, and he just kept checking back with me instead of cancelling the appointment. He had the patience of a Saint when showing me all the features of both the printer and laptop!

Patrick did an excellent job of setting up the new computer and transfer file data. He listened to my explanation of the old setup, suggested some modifications and followed through with the file transfer. The overall time to install and transfer was less than I expected. He left the workspace clean after his work was complete. A very professional installation.

Jen got my new laptop set up correctly and quickly the first time. Then after the camera on the first laptop quit working and the in store Geek Squad were left to transfer data from the old to the new 1) They lost my new word documents and 2) They also did not transfer the photos. Luckily, I still had my old laptop so that the photos could be transferred again. Since I did not have word on my old laptop, the lost word documents "Christmas" had to be recreated. Jen has been back a couple of times and I think, now, that things are as they should be. Be sure to give Jen a big Christmas bonus.

I Purchased a new Apple Mac-Pro to replace my windows desktop and wanted setup and data transfer in my home.

Everything was hooked up properly and I am totally happy with his work.

The Agent was Eliana Bahri, she arrived on time was very personable and got to work right away installing a new color printer. I also asked her if she could replace my wifi modern which was old. She indicated what options i had and then retrieved a new modern from her car and installed it as well. After she was finished she went over everything she had done with me and left me a written record also. Certainly worth every one of her five stars.

jOSH. MY SERVICE REP ALWAYS ARRIVES ON TIME AND QUICKLY SOLVES MY PROBLEMS. However, Best Buy seems overwhelmed with calls and scheduling a ahome visit has become a time consuming and tedius process. They need to hire and train more staff. It took almost a month for me to get service this time and I was without the use of my gaming tablet for that entire time.

We recently signed up for the Geek squad. We had a desk top computer not re-booting. took it in to the Geek Squad and it was diagnosed very quickly and had a minor problem solved. We requested a Geek Squad rep come to the home and hook it back up which went very well. Had the rep look at another desk top and repair an email problem. the rep couldn't solve it and we later noticed he had spelled the email address. wrong. Made an appointment with the Geek Squad to install our phones on our car. The rep was poorly dressed and, although we were early for our appointment, he as more than 30 minutes late. So we left. Very poor service.
