The squad connected my tv and all the necessary devices, including Netflix And Amazon Prime.

jOSH. MY SERVICE REP ALWAYS ARRIVES ON TIME AND QUICKLY SOLVES MY PROBLEMS. However, Best Buy seems overwhelmed with calls and scheduling a ahome visit has become a time consuming and tedius process. They need to hire and train more staff. It took almost a month for me to get service this time and I was without the use of my gaming tablet for that entire time.

Drew did an excellent job installed my new MacBookPro. However, not for some reason I cannot bring up app Norton 360, it worked for several weeks but not it says "No Windows Available". I went into Best Buy in El Cajon today and Eddy tried to help me but for some reason he could not reinstall Norton 360? I am at a loss what to do.

My new computer needed an expert to get all the kinks out. The technician was able to set my email to fit a new monitor. The mouse and key board that came with the HP computer needed to be hooked up. He added a few of my on line programs. Yes, these seems pretty basic; but , the technician was patient and recognized that many of Best Buy customers are a bit older and not that skilled. He never made me feel dumb, This alone was worth using this service.

Jen got my new laptop set up correctly and quickly the first time. Then after the camera on the first laptop quit working and the in store Geek Squad were left to transfer data from the old to the new 1) They lost my new word documents and 2) They also did not transfer the photos. Luckily, I still had my old laptop so that the photos could be transferred again. Since I did not have word on my old laptop, the lost word documents "Christmas" had to be recreated. Jen has been back a couple of times and I think, now, that things are as they should be. Be sure to give Jen a big Christmas bonus.

The printer is easy to use. It does not take up a lot of space, and it is not as slow as others stated.

The Geek Squad is very knowledgeable. Good to have them.
