      The technician installed my printer and tested it to ensure the device was working properly. He also walked me through the operation and how to print and scan, what to look for if I experienced any problems, and gave additional recommendations for ensuring my laptop and printer operate more efficiently. He explained in terms I could understand without being condescending or too "tech-y".

      The member of the Geek squad that came to my home to install my printer/copier, and network it with my new all in one computer was very excellent! He asked us questions and was very patient with our immature level of computer knowledge. He explained things thoroughly and answered our inquiries as well. We are so pleased!
