On 1/28/20 The on-line agent performed a virus and spyware removal. Removed unneeded or unwanted programs per my request. Performed Windows Updates and installed or updated Adobe Flash, Adobe Reader, Java nd Microsoft Silverlight. Also installed Microsoft Office 365 on my Computer. Note: This was a new computer with Windows 10 purchased 12/16/19.

Geek Squad tech went above and beyond to set up dual monitors to docking station and corporate laptops so I could work from home. When he discovered the docking station I purchased did not work, he went to Best Buy to get one that would work with both the corporate pc as well as Mac. Matt was excellent and I would highly recommend him

I had a complicated need for the security. It was not only to keep people out but also to keep someone in. My son (31) has a TBI and tends to bring home homeless people. Before putting them up I would come home from running an errand and find homeless people in my house. My son now how’s I can see anyone he brings in while I am gone. This has cut down on him doing it since I can tell.
