      Geek Squad tech went above and beyond to set up dual monitors to docking station and corporate laptops so I could work from home. When he discovered the docking station I purchased did not work, he went to Best Buy to get one that would work with both the corporate pc as well as Mac. Matt was excellent and I would highly recommend him

      On 1/28/20 The on-line agent performed a virus and spyware removal. Removed unneeded or unwanted programs per my request. Performed Windows Updates and installed or updated Adobe Flash, Adobe Reader, Java nd Microsoft Silverlight. Also installed Microsoft Office 365 on my Computer. Note: This was a new computer with Windows 10 purchased 12/16/19.

      The technician was really good. He set-up everything to my liking and transferred data from my old computer to the new one. He was personable and knowledgeable, and gave me suggestions that will save me money in the long run.

      The agent was on time, had verified our appointment the day before. He set up the computer, checking the camera, the Zoom, the wi-fi, all the components. He then proceeded to show me, (a total a tech dummy) how to operate my computer. He was a very good instructor. Thanks so much for your service.
