      Agents installed tv mount and hooked up 75" tv. Ran the cables to the computer (didn't want to rely on bluetooth connection) and got everything up and running. They tested everything while there and gave us a quick tutorial on the new equipment. Friendly, polite and very professional. Also cleaned up all the boxes which was nice.

      The HP laptop product was inferior. The laptop went dark after a few days - I exchanged it for another as told the 1st was a lemon. Donald from the Geek Squad came 2 times to reset it. Donald was on time, professional & courteous. Unfortunately, Best Buys team was unaware of the HP MS problem - not his fault. I eventually exchanged it for a Dell laptop computer. Geek Squad honored another set up.

      Really I am 63 years old and do not have the patience or understanding to set up and install computer. No grandchildren either to help, so yes I was glad to have the Geek Squad do this for me. I now have had my unit for over a year and happy. Also suggest getting 3 year service from Geek Squad as I've already used it 3 times. I get tune ups every 3-4 months to keep computer operating smoothly. Well worth it..
