The tech that came to the house was EXCELLENT! He was able to evaluate my issue and make all suggestions. I ended up getting a new computer from Best Buy and then he came back and set it up with ALL of my softwares that I was concern about getting on a new computer. He was wonderful!

The Geek Squad rep was careful and adept at installing my new HP all in one computer. He answered questions and took time to be sure my Office Suite was probably installed, printer was working, etc. Data from former computer was sent to an outside hard drive, available for access on the new computer.

Best Buy always receives the highest rating possible from me whenever I visit one of your stores and interact with one of your employees and/or buy something. My apologies, but it’s very irritating to receive these evaluations from every enter one of your establishments. Please stop doing this.

Did everything I asked and in less time than I anticipated!

Excellent tech installed my new turntable and configured my sound system. Also set things up properly for streaming video with only features I wanted, eliminating a bunch of wasted monthly charges. I particularly appreciated that he was not judgmental at all about my lack of understanding about how things work. Thanks so much!

Agent Timothy installed my new EPSON printer. He did an outstanding job. Agent Timothy is both professional and friendly. He allowed me to ask questions and he answered them in a very polite manner helping me to understand the mechanics of how my new printer functions. He’s the BEST!!!

Geek Squad came on time and set up my computer and printer.

Geek Squad agents set up my new TV and soundbar. They were excellent making sure to set up my remote so that I would only have to use one remote for everything. They took time to make sure I knew how to operate everything before they left. I also had a Geek Squad agent come to the house to set up my new computer. Convenient and great service.

My technician was very efficient, friendly and professional. Once everything was hooked up, he explained how the equipment worked, he suggested I try out a few operations. He answered all of my questions and advised me that I could follow up with him and or the Geek Squad if I later came up with more questions.

Very helpful setting me up and thorough in explaining his work

This was my 1st time using the Geek Squad. I was impressed with their service representatives knowledge. They listened to what I wanted and then showed me several items that would fill my needs for both equipment and price levels. They installed and set up my system at store for review and approval. Then they delivered and set up in home. Everything was great.

The computer works wonderfully. After the Geek Squad and I worked together, we managed to iron out some kinks and now she hums along like the workhorse she is. Because of a hardware glitch, our installer had to come back a second day. Despite the setbacks I would not consider using anyone else.
