I was having problems with my cell phone that wouldn't transfer photos from my computer to back to my phone, and my agent really worked hard to help with this problem. He went the extra mile to help me. He was finally able to get the photos out so I could get them developed before they were gone forever.

They listened to what I wanted and then showed me several items that would fill my needs for both equipment and price levels. They installed and set up my system at store for review and approval. Then they delivered and set up in home. Everything was great.

Geek Squad agents set up my new TV and soundbar. They were excellent making sure to set up my remote so that I would only have to use one remote for everything. They took time to make sure I knew how to operate everything before they left. I also had a Geek Squad agent come to the house to set up my new computer. Convenient and great service.

Excellent tech installed my new turntable and configured my sound system. Also set things up properly for streaming video with only features I wanted, eliminating a bunch of wasted monthly charges. I particularly appreciated that he was not judgmental at all about my lack of understanding about how things work. Thanks so much!

I have used the Geek Squad several times over the years. They are the best at what they do. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I just bought a new computer and had the Geek Squad set it up as well as all my other components. As in the past, they did a great job an answered all my many questions. Whether it is a virus problem or a new setup, they are the best.

The Geek Squad rep was careful and adept at installing my new HP all in one computer. He answered questions and took time to be sure my Office Suite was probably installed, printer was working, etc. Data from former computer was sent to an outside hard drive, available for access on the new computer.
