Our Geek Squad Technician could not have been better. He was working on my 84 year old father’s computer. He was patient, explained everything so my Dad understood. I told him we accidentally had someone on the phone posing as Best Buy but was a scammer. The BB Tech searched the system to make sure the scammers didn’t get any information. He recommended we change passwords. Everything was working perfectly when he left.

The agent was by far the most knowledgeable Computer Specialist I’ve ever had. Going the extra mile, not just solve our problem, but to improve our entire network. He suggested solutions, explaining them so I could understand. He listened well, was thorough, detail oriented, creative, personable & I felt we could trust him. He even told us ways we could save money. The agent is great representative of your company.

The agent installed my new pc, transfered all the data from my old pc, without a problem. and helped me to understand how to use the new pc, he was very knowledgeable, and did a good job,

I am pleased with the service I got from the Geek Squad to transfer all my data from my old computer to my new computer. The guy knew what he was doing and was able to get everything transferred as needed. I would never have been able to do that without his help. He was on time and went right to work. It was going to take too long so he had to come back the next morning to finish out the transfer. I’m very pleased!

Tim, came by himself to do a pretty darn big job for 1 man. He proved he could do it. Several obstacles caused extra work. But he was very patient. Would have helped him tremendously if the person who came out to review our needs and sell us our package would have informed the installer of these obstacles . Installer also had problem with cable box connection, which was caused by cable company screw up. All in all, job completed nicely.

I really appreciate the service provided by Austin. He performed the initial set up and returned yesterday at our request for an exam of our system for malware, etc. We recently were involved in a scam and just wanted to make sure all was well. Austin is very professional, and most of all, he explains procedures and gives welcome advice. We are seniors and so appreciate his expertise and patience.

Both people who showed were fast and informative. They knew what they were doing. Very Happy!

Chromebook is satisfactory for our purposes. We wish we had bought one 4 years ago, when instead we bought a hard to use little computer. I understand why Bill Belachek (Patriots' coach) has thrown his (provided to all NFL coaches) into the trash, upon several occasions. Our grandchildren can help us with the Chromebook, since that is what they use in school. It is a pleasure to use.

Geek squad was great, took very little time and very efficient and knowlegable.

Excellent experience! Sent a reminder e-mail the day before, called on his way here to let me know that he would be here in about 15 minutes. Arrived on time with mask in place and placed on his booties as soon as he walked in the door. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, informative and conscientious. The technician saved me a lot of time when he set up my desktop computer for me. This is a secondary computer, with a shared connection with a companion computer a few feet away from the new one. Sorry I don’t remember the technicians names but, they did a great job helping my aging parents. I received a call from the team technician regarding the set up of my father’s computer and wireless printer he did a great job exactly as requested even coached my 91 yr old dad how to use the tv then I received another call from the technician before he left checking if I had any other requests, very good job, highly professional, highly recommended.

Your agent set up my new pc without delay. He was very congenial, efficient and knowledgeable. He communicated with me before the scheduled day as well as on the day of the appointment. He seemed eager to perform the job to my satisfaction and checked back with me a couple of days later insure that everything was okay. Service like that is unusual these days.
