Great service

As always, Nicholas did a great kob of doing all we needed him to do, Very professional pleasant to deal with and very patient with answering all our questions in a way we could understand, since we are not technically savy in these matters.

Total Tech support is Fantastic !

Each time has been a great experience with all our problems solved and made great suggestions that we applied. Highly recommend it !

GEEK SQUAD'S is THE BEST!

He went above and beyond to retrieve the data and programs. He set my new computer with Windows 10 to work with all of my programs. The transition from old to new was seamless....THANKS to Jason!

He was on time, pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about the product and set-up requirements. He performed every function the printer offers to ensure it's performance was operational and instructions were clear to me. Scotts a tribute to the Geek Squad.

Excellent Service at Best Buy and at Home

Then a veryt knowledgeable and informative Geek Squad agent helped connect everything correctly in my home...explaining things that I needed to know. I am VERY grateful for the experienced and patient service I got.
