As always, Nicholas did a great kob of doing all we needed him to do, Very professional pleasant to deal with and very patient with answering all our questions in a way we could understand, since we are not technically savy in these matters.

I was very impressed with installation technician Dallas Scott. He was on time, pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about the product and set-up requirements. He performed every function the printer offers to ensure it's performance was operational and instructions were clear to me. Scotts a tribute to the Geek Squad.

The geek squad installed my two TV's....did a great job....I paid for the Geek squad to install 2 TVs and two computers...I'd like a refund for my computers...I had to have someone else do my computers...I know it was the Coronavirus...but that is not my fault I am 88 yrs young and somewhat computer challenged. and now am in an assistant `living complex with my wife....PLEASE SEND ME THE REFUND FOR THE COMPUTER SET UPS THAT THE GEEK SQUAD DID NOT DO.
