Agent went above and beyond in helping me try and fix my laptop and when it was obvious it was beyond repair, helped me pick out a new one that suited my needs and budget, then came back and installed it for me and made sure everything was working properly.

Geek as always provides great care & service. When you buy something great to know Geek squad is so reliable. On site or in home service is great. My on site service was provided with care due to the Covid pandemic. Geek service person used a mask and foot protection.

I am happy with all of the tech support I get from the Geek Squad. The on site service is so important to me as I am not technical at all, but the people behind the phone support are patient with me. This is the best service I can buy.

It does everything an iMac does but can be mated with a less expensive monitor and other peripherals. Very sturdy and reliable. Unfortunately the Geek Squad team couldn't figure out how to set it up and I lost all internet access for a week until my ISP sent out a service rep who solved the problem in five minutes by switching two plugs.

I had hardwood flooring installed in the condo and the computer and peripheral equipment had to be disconnected and I could not get it back working. Called in the Geek Squad. He was terrific. He got everything connected and working! Saved me a lot of aggravation.

I still have questions and issues with my 2 new computers but the problem is me (72 year old computer illiterate), not Gerk squad. My complaint is how long the wait time is for an appointment and without one, no one is available. You need more employees to handle the need.

Very happy with the Geek Squad service. Tech came to my house but couldn’t fix my PC. He said I needed to take it to Best Buy store and they would check it out there and fix the problem, which they did. Very happy with tech (Scott) and service at store.

Everything went pretty smoothly. A couple of my programs were set up as a trial instead of permanently.

The agents were very professional. They set up my devices and answered all my questions. I am not technically up to date, so I really appreciated their expertise. I have no complaints because there have been no problems with my devices. You have an A-One team. Thank you!

Brian, the service tech, did an outstanding job of efficiently setting up my computer and connecting it to my printer, Amazon speakers, etc. He was friendly, professional, and answered all my numerous questions. Highly recommend their tech support program!

The agent came and set up my computer, printer and other devices that I had purchased. I had a previous experience with the Geek Squad and a TV and it was great! The setup was done in a reasonable amount of time and I got many tips to use while the agent was at my home. I highly recommend the Geek Squad!

My laptop is so easy to use which is great for me.

Went exceptionally well. Scott was able to arrive a little earlier than originally scheduled (yes, he called first). Set up laptop (tried hard to not chuckle at me, but I told him it was ok to do so). Showed me how to set up a few important items. He was very pleasant to work with, and was on his way!

The 0n Site PC Setup was easy and the best thing I could do.

Agent helped me figure out what I needed after in store people supplied incorrect information. Great help!
