Geek squad set my printer up. The tech was wonderful! Very courteous and thorough. He set my phone laptop and Mac up to print. I love Geek Squad. They have a new package that covers all my tech and even appliances. Great job Geek Squad!

The agent looked at my network setup and found that when I installed my google net router I had only turned on the base unit and not the auxiliary units. He showed me how to manage on my phone app and got my network up and running smoothly

Since the first 3 appts did not show up. This guy was already super because he did! He was wonderful. He explained the problems and fixes it all. Great personality and great ability. U need more like him

the agent was on time neat and personable. he did a very fine job of hooking up my desk top and monitor. made sure everything was operating properly. he did a great job of answering all of my questions. i was really impressed and would recommend geek squad any time.

I have used the Geek Squad support on numerous occations over the years. I must say, David Carpenter did an outstanding job setting up our office computers and WIFI. We had a few challenges with our internet but David knew exactly what to do! Outstanding job!

Geek squad agent, Tim Foor, advised me on my system requirement on upgrade and transition from old system with microsoft 7 to new microsoft 10. He then assisted in completing transition and educating me on use of new system.

Geek Squad installed our Ring doorbell and it worked great for a while and then only worked from time to time. Not internet connection either, just would not get motion or doorbell rings all the time. Got the Geek Squad back out and had to pay but working again as it should. Time will tell how happy I am/ but the squad seems to know what they are doing

The GS representative was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my printer problems, educate me as to why I was having the problem and he was patient with me as I tried to understand the situation. I am not too techno savvy.

I had thought that the experience [15years] I had with my old iMac would help me with this new version but I was wrong. Thank goodness for the 3/31/18 visit from Agent Paul Vitale. Much has changed and he helped me considerably with this new computer.

Easy to interact w/ Michael w/ my limited knowledge. New printers need a Geek InHome visit! unless you are a Geek. Setup took long time. Good news Michael...now I can setup new laptop w/ the CD myself (hope so!). Big mistake not to let me print while Michael here. Now I am stuck! Pitched 4 (old, unsafe) power strips; able to combine one so purchased 3 new and better power strips.

Don't have book to find answers real quick. Getting through to tech support was time consuming and having explained what I needed was frustrating. If Paid for tech support, why was I charged for it again on my Microwave?

Epson printer4760 is an improvement from our previous Epson. We especially like the printing of 2 sided. The lighter weight makes it easier to shift items on our table. So far we are pleased.

My Tech was amazing, his Name was John Barajas. He discovered my Problem immediately and even made me look like I was not the main problem, which I was. Could not have been more pleased. Dallas Harris

Thorough, clear, available for follow up questions, patient, knew the terrain inside and out, all you could ask from technical assist. If all the agents are as good as Ryan, then it’s a superb team.

as very good with his job. also gave me an answer when asking a question about the installation. Outstanding work, came in and got the work done. He did not hesitate to answer any questions.

The installation went well considering that I still get my internet through my phone line and use a wireless modem, which I was informed was very old technology. It would have been more helpful had the installer offered useful suggestions and told me perhaps how to go about upgrading, rather than comment more than once on how old my connection/hookup is.
