Agent did well & was fast in setting it up. However, I ended up taking it back 5 days later as it started crashing. Seems the pc was a lemon as they traded it for another one, this one works perfectly.

Chris and his associate made the task of integrating a new Lenovo laptop into our network of computers, tablets and other digital devices a pleasant chore and kept my frustration to a manageable level.

The Geek installer arrived on time after a call to inform me of his approximate arrival at my home and when he got here, he set out to install immediately. I've had no trouble with fax or printer so I am happy with the service!

Tom was a patient and knowledgeable Geek Squad member. He was thorough and answered my questions. I felt very comfortable with my new Mac computer after being on a windows based computer. Tom was an excellent example of great service.

Couldn't access my i-Mac because my mouse was stuck in the left top corner. Went to Best Buy to buy another. New one wouldn't recognize, but then did. By then Lydia had called me to make sure I could access my computer.

Initial setup of laptop and connection with outdated but new Lexmark printer. Set up my outlook email account. He moved quickly and we didn't have much time for questions so I did not learn very much from the experience. Not sure the service was worth $100. I would recommend it to a friend in need with some explanation to them on what to expect.

Problem with printer fixed perfectly. Both the customer service agent and the tech agent were good. The tech agent who actually fixed my problem is one of the best I've ever encountered.

The tech hooked our computer and set up our printer. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. At no point did he make us feel stupid when we ask him questions about our new computer.

Allien Rodiquez was fantastic I am an older women that is not very good with a computer.Just know the basic things. he took the time to explain a few times what I had to do. I give him a triple A+

the agent was very attentive to our needs. He connected our printer wirelessly to our iMac pro, hooked up our Echo and installed a device to allow us to view computer info onto our larger tv screen

Jonathan was able to determine that the Microsoft upgrade intersected negatively with a registry system I installed. This crashed my computer. He was able to get it back up and running properly!! Thank goodness!!

GSQuad Apple product service rep installed new MS office suite and set up all important system settings. Beside uninstalling older version and installing new MS product, service rep provided a good tutorial on new software.

Once again they exceed customer service expectations. Allen was super communicative. Super easy to deal with and super knowledgeable. Look forward to having them help me again in the future.

I have had issues with both my wife's and my desktop computers. I brought them both to the Geek Squad for service/repair. They not only took care of both of our problems but even took care of things that we were not even aware of. Good job!

The agent installed my new computer and even saved some programs from my old computer such as my Quicken files. I was so glad because I thought I would lose my 2019 records. I didn't!! My year end totals are there!!

Each visit by the Geek Squad has accomplished what I was seeking. There is a difference among technicians however. I prefer the friendly, positive folks, which are very nearly all of them.
