The Geek Squad employee did a great job. He was very informative, when I asked him questions reguarding the set up and other questions about other devices. He has been here, before, and is always friendly. He also finished the job quickly.

I got this as a gift from my son for my 76 birthday so he arranged for the in home set up by Geek squad. He was very polite and went to work transferring my files and explaining how to access what ever I asked about. I'am very happy with every thing.

After purchasing a Dell laptop, a Geek squadder came to the house and set it up, syncing printer ,etc. He gave me great hints along the way and was both patient with a not-too-techie grandma and genuinely friendly. Worth every penny, for sure.

The agent showed me that my computer came with a camera .And then agreed to take my camera purchased from Best Buy and gave me a credit for the full purchase price. Great guy. Very knowledgeable.

After installing computer, agents found that existing monitor cable was not the updated model required so managed to use our existing extra TV and its cable in place of the old monitor. Kudos for their ingenuity!

Geek Squad is AWESOME! Don't ever try to set up your own devices, just have the squad come and do it. Its a snap, they explain everything and show you how to use your new devices.

The agent came in and was concerned with our health because of Covid-19,which was nice. he took the precautions that was needed and proceeded to hang my TVs for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Geek Squad set up my new hp printer and made sure everything runs smoothly. Anyone who is very knowledgeable about tech stuff can probably set up for themselves. I'm not one of them! But Geek Squad was right fit for me! They did a great job. Worth it!!

The salesman ordered radio parts for a 2011 Nisson Rogue and my car is a Toyota Corolla. The installer saw my flushstration and did everything he could to resolve the issue. He installed the correct radio to fit my car.

The agent reloaded the Trend Micro acct on our computer. She also reloaded the Best Buy acct on the computer. A phone call for help was misunderstood and these two items got take off the computer.

I understand a geek squad employee was on sick leave. An employee from Cincinnati came to work in Richmond to help get caught up. He installed my new desktop quickly. He was very nice and answered any questions I had.

The agent connected my computer and every thing else that needed to be "hooked up" and made sure it was working properly. He was very courteous. It was an enjoyable experience.

My tech was awsome. He answered all my questions so that I could understand what he was saying. I'm not a techy so you get it. If I need assistance again I'm going to make sure I get the same tech.
